Food was superb! The staff was very kind. The lady managing the flat top around noon on 06/03/2022 addressed the customers with respect and courtesy! Unfortunately, I tried to call to place an order before showing up and was left hanging for a lengthy period of time. It couldn't have been any more than 10 minutes before I hung up. I assume it was because they were really busy even when I showed up. I should be thankful they even answered with how busy they were. If the staff could have let me know that they were busy, I would have understood. 4 out of 5. Still going to keep coming around for my lunches ;)
Erica, the GM, is such a kind, hardworking employee here. She makes the environment here so great and is very welcoming, great customer service and great food.
My favorite sub sandwich place. Food is fresh, nice portions, fresh bread, and lots of toppings. I really enjoy the red pepper relish and going Mike's way with the toppings is the only way to go. The hot and cold sandwiches are replicated in town. The rosemary paresean cheese bread must be experienced, great combination. You won't be disappointed. If you are really hunger try the giant Italian and that will fill you up.
Erica was amazing! She has great costumer service skills and just has a very friendly personality. The food was amazing as always.
