I understand they are short staffed but why is mobile ordering enabled if they force you to still go through the drive through? At least the other store in town let’s you call when you are there,they just told me nope I need to go through the drive through.
My 83 year old mother and her two sisters went to this Dairy Queen for a long delayed treat and get together on the afternoon of September 22. After a fun visit my aunt asked for a bag to hold the leftovers to bring home to my father. She was rudely told “No” by one of the wait staff. My mom thought that she must have misunderstood, and made her way up to the counter and patiently asked again because holding a box while walking with a cane is difficult. The other wait staff
We went there the other night around 8:45pm through the drive through. The hours posted say they close at 9:30. we had a car full of people who had never tried an orange Julius and we’re supper excited! We got to the menu to order and sat there for awhile somebody then came on to tell us they were closed so we pulled around to leave and all the workers were hiding and ducking down. Maybe change the hours if you are closing early since there were 2 cars pulling in behind us!!
Service was fast and great as usual. I love how they still take the time to tip the blizzards upside down.
You can see the cooks while standing at counter, both of them working never wore gloves, we’re always touching their faces or pushing their hair back. Then eating the food that we’re to be put in trays! I tried to talk to whomever in charge but busy, they look at you as a number and walk away! Nobody in front washing hands either. I just wanted ice cream but after seeing this, I walked out!

I am a little disappointed, first off they didn't have the chicken strip basket, which I understand not every location has these. So I ordered the rotisserie chicken bites meal. Which says it comes with fries, and toast. I got 8 small pieces of chicken and a bag of lays chips. I am incredibly disappointed I paid nearly $10 for a small bag of chips and 8 small chicken bits. I was not told fries would be substituted.
Great place for treats! Good service and very reasonable, highly recommend
