Look the coffee is great, but after losing the Einstein Bagel they can no longer edit your bagel sandwiches to do something as fundamental as removing a cheese you don't like.Bring back the Einstein Bros half of this place and its easily 5 stars. Unfortunately I'll no longer be able to come here for anything other then a quick cup of coffee.
I love their coffee but employees always seem very impatient. But they havent messed up my order once so I cant complain!
This a nice location, clean, and have great customer service. Living up to company high company standards. I would like to point that they very comfortable chairs almost fell asleep at this location!

I don't get it. I don't think that there are any caribou in Grand Forks, so why name a coffee shop after them? I don't like it.
The staff is awesome but the times it is open is inconsistent. I love the hot chocolate and I am willing to pay the ridiculous price but I can't figure out when it will be open.
If there's one thing I miss from being in the midwest, it's Caribou Coffee. This one is the best in town. They have bagels and amazing shmear (cream cheese) and they cut and prepare it for you! The drinks are also the tastiest chain coffee shop drinks in the world. Starbucks, stand down!
Not very accommodating. I placed an order online for drive through and the line was so long that I wanted to go inside where no one was. I asked the worker if I could just switch my order to inside and he wouldn’t let me. Other coffee shops in town have let me easily. Disappointed with the customer service here.
