Ordered the spicy ch’king sandwich, the entire piece of chicken is supposed to be covered in spicy sauce. There was only a small amount of sauce On top of the chicken that you couldn’t see unless you lifted the bun off. Showed it to the manager and she insisted she made it correctly and I was wrong. I got my money back but will never go to this store again. TRASH management.
Prices up, quality down. Tables and floors dirty. Slow service, multiple mistakes with the order, even as the only customer at the time. Fries cold. And play area STILL closed for kids when literally every other play area in the city is open? Why?I will say who I assume was the manager (pink haired lady) was trying really hard and seemed to care, unfortunately she seemed to be the only one who took pride in her work. The cashier (dark haired man) was definitely there either for no other reason than to collect a paycheck or just really slow to learn simple tasks.
32nd Ave s has drive thru but no one can use it and inside is full, ended up taking my business elsewhere.Today waited almost 10 minutes in drive thru waiting to order.
They were out of most of their products and the short staffing was making the waits a little long... Staff was great and very helpful
We asked for onion rings and they gave us fries . Fries were under cooked ,still very soggy .
Same franchise as south Washington. I went in with food made wrong and the dude gave an excuse remaking two bagels would “throw off his inventory”
I have gone to burger king. Food quality has gone down drastically, plus I waited in the drive thru for 45 minutes and still was unable to get food. A family of 5 and I had a baby screaming so I had to back out and leave with no food. I miss how the fries I used to get tasted way better then they do now.
Burger King is my favorite fast food place but the last 2 times I've been here my food was cold.
2nd time in a row i came now n the same guy with black hair has ruined our order n forgot half of our order. I recommended new employees who actually do there job.
Best BK I have ever been to. Highly recommend.
