Rude, Lazy, Disrespectful! Placed an order on door dash around 10 p.m. on 3/5/22 and about 20 minutes after I placed the order the door dash driver starts messaging me asking if they can cancel my Burger King order which consisted of 1 Double Whooper, 1 Vanilla shake, 1 Chocolate shake, because the shake machine was closed down & being cleaned for the night. (Funny it's shutdown 2 hours before they close). I informed them I DIDN'T WANT TO CANCEL my order that if they could switch the shakes to cherry freeze drinks instead and credit or refund me the difference. They again pushed me towards trying to get me to cancel my order so I said again I DIDNT WANT TO CANCEL my order I would like to instead recieve the cherry freeze in place of the shakes. Now about 25 minutes has passed of the door dash guy trying to manipulate me into canceling the order. I then asked for the workers names because I wasn't happy with he lack of effort of the staff to bring my order and the enthusiasm to have me cancel. I was told their names were Adam and Ana and that she was assistant manager. I then replied if there was an assistant manager there then why were they struggling so much to fix my order and get it to me. I said I was very unimpressed with the situation and that I thought this was Burger King where you were suppose to "Have it your way". After another 5 minutes I got a notification that they were canceling my order after I had said 4 or 5 times I didn't want to cancel. So I waited an hour maybe longer just to have my order canceled. Wasted all the time trying to convince them I wanted my food I paid for and waited for just to have my order canceled. They spent all that time begging me to cancel my order instead of fixing it. Instead of figuring out what they could do to get me my order even after I tried to compromise asking for cherry freeze drinks instead of the shakes they just lied to me and fought with me to cancel. This is the second time I've ordered from this Burger king and received the worst service in Grand Forks. I then drove through the drive through and asked the guy talking on the headset why my order was canceled and he tells me they never had an order from me and I asked if I could please have his name so I knew who I was speaking to and so I could file a proper report he denied me his name. I have this all video recorded on my phone the respect your employees have for paying customers. Not impressed. Sharing video.

I ordered the 2 for 6 both fish sandwichesCame looking 1/2 the size of the picturesQuite possibly the worst fish sandwiches I've ever had. Dry/old.

As a delivery driver, this location leaves a lot to be desired. Constant problems with their computer systems means wasted time trying to solve issues between customers and this location. They need to get their equipment fixed so these issues cease and they can make money

They discontinued chocolate milk and my wifes croissant had a jalapeno on it. Otherwise the service and speed were good and price

It's burger king. The whopper is always my first choice. The line is never too long.

1. I really love the garlic bacon king there. 2. Service has been on point for fast food.3. I seen to regularly show up when the shake machine is down. Bad luck, maybe.Over all this location does a good job and I will continue to visit them.

The french fries were old and cold, my rodeo burger had no bbq sauce on it plus it was old and cold so like they only added a old cold onion ring on it. Plus got a girl toy not boy like it shows on my receipt for kids meal which chicken was hard and cold also. They also added xtra drink and order fries to my order which I not order but paid for then I not get xtra drink. Found out it was close to closing why they handed out old cold food guy said they stop cooking awhile before closing was gross.

Dealt with a manager there by the name of Isaac. He had horrible customer service. Never will go there again. Serving cold chinking crazy.

Good food.. place does need to be cleaned… nice staff!!! Pop dispenser and sanitizer dispenser needed to be cleaned…

our order was wrong and our fries were old and cold plus buns were hard. also they forgot bbq sauce n receipt said for boy toy but got girls. they charged me extra small fries n pop when I ordered value ones just sad cause as I try to drive back in line they were closed but explains why they served us old food and my rodeo burger had no sauce or cheese on nothing like the picture showed very dissatisfied for grandson not able to eat food since we had 2 hour drive home yet.
