Usually a decent place to stop, but tonight they left one kid by himself in the building.. so I paid almost $20 for one patty when I ordered a double, spicy nuggets when I didn't ask for spicy, not to mention they tasted 2 hours expired and I used to work at a Wendy's so I've eaten loads of expired nuggets. Cold, hard fries as well.. the first meal was also a large but we got 2 small fries.. the phone line is busy any time we try to call and its a little frustrating..Maybe he shouldn't have been left alone
get new management and employees same employees cycle through is not gonna fix anything sober employees would be a plus so baked they don't know what order is what
Perhaps the worst experience at a Wendy's ever. Literal 30 minutes in drive through line (we were the 3rd car in line) after which the young man taking our order treated us disrepectfully, didn't bother apologize nor even note the ridiculous length of time spent in line, and to completely top it off screwed up our simple order. Ignore this if you'd like but this location was disappointing and as far as I can say to be avoided.
Food is fine normal, the issue is with the staff. Kids love frosties, duh, that’s why Wendy’s offers them in junior sizes to do for a kids mean on their app and at the stores….except this one. The woman taking our order said that’s not allowed, never mind the offer we had for it in the app (that wasn’t working at the time, not the stores fault). We said we do it every time we come and she said we are no allowed to. We told her about the app and she said you can’t do that. We do the one of 45th street and weird, not a problem at all. This store needs to get their staff educated a little.
It’s a hit or miss but this time the Chili was bomb but kids meal did not look good at all.We ordered 5 burgers and all of them were super sloppy.Y’all should just Stick to CHILI!
Good food and service overall. I wouldn’t have minded a little less sauce on my chicken sandwich and the fries could have been a little crispier but it sure beats anything the other guys are serving. The place was pretty clean and it was a pleasant experience.
I hadn't had Wendy's in some time so it was a nice change of pace. I was reminded very quickly why Wendy's is at the bottom of my list of fast food joints. They use a cheese sauce on there burgers and they put way to much of it on. The sauce also has an odd flavor and all that sauce leads to a very messy experience. It's hard to mess up the soda, the fries are average at best and so was the staff.
Getting better, sandwich was correct, guy seemed upset IDK, just upsell i was trying to get the meal oh well but you know Fry's taste good, and make restaurants money. Should always assume the meal or ask to be certain. Keep up the good work! The sandwich was awesome BTW.
decent food at a decent price, not too bad a wait, might have to take into account people with extremely specific orders ahead of you but overall good experience
The food is never fresh. I used to work there, and the cheese was never fresh -was always old. the bacons. the other day I thought about going there cus I thought they were improving, and I asked for my order fresh and it was old and quite made me wanna throw up. The cheese was old I could tell and the bacon was like hours plus old. I specifically asked fresh and the fries were old the nuggets were old too but it was decent.
