Ordered our food, no lettuce on all tacos. After arriving home we realized they absolutely doused our tacos with lettuce (including items that didn’t even come with lettuce) and also forgot 4 tacos!! Gave them a call just to ask if we can give them the tacos and get the tacos we paid for, lady was rude and hung up on me, after coming back they STILL forgot a taco and looked so unappetizing. Idk what’s going on with this business but it needs to be fixed. Learn how to count :)
It had been a while since I stopped by Taco Bell. My son and I ordered the same thing, chicken quesa dia and one hard shell taco. I knew what to expect and it did not disappoint. Hot and fresh. Great hard shell taco especially when adding the medium sauce to top it off. The chicken quesa dia was really good especially when adding the medium sauce to each bite. To bad indoor seating wasn't open. It was a little challenging to eat in the car in the parking lot, but it worked. Service was great. Will stop by again some day I am sure!
Horrible, the food was thrown together poorly the employees customer service was so rude n they forgot half of my order i had to drive 2 miles bk to get the rest of my food. I will never get food from there again. Highly priced garbage. Im not satisfied at all.
This is the Taco Bell we frequent. Although it took a little longer than one would hope at a drive through, our order was correct and the food was good. They are obviously being effected by the labor shortage. I thought they did a good jobdespite that fact.
They usually get your order right. The food is fresh most of the time. I would say it's usually pretty reliable. They are not the fastest or highest quality taco bell in town, but it works.
Manager was vaping in kitchen. They put doordash orders behind everything else. I went there to pick up 2 orders. They gave me 1 right away 10 minutes later I asked how much longer and they said it will be ready when it's ready. Manager got in my face about it. Saw him vaping in the kitchen a few times. I get it your busy then don't do doordash. Worst experience with any restaurant while dashing and I've done over 2000. I will never accept another doordash from any taco bell in fargo again.
Just placed an order through the drive thru ordered 3 crunchy tacos Supreme, got 3 regular tacos, I ordered a chicken quesadilla got a cheese one.Not very happy when I got home 5 miles out .I tried to call them phone is disconnected.
It's hit and miss at this place. You either get through the drive-thru line super quick or you are waiting for over 30 mins. I like the convenience of how close it is and how late they stay open. With the wait however at times it would be faster to go to the others all the way across town that close much earlier in the evening which is just as inconvenient. The staff is always super kind which is great.
They messed up my food twice but gave me a free coupon to fix it. Normally they are pretty good though so I won't be too hard on 1 bad experience.
Asked for no tomatoes. Put lots of tomatoes on it making my food un enable. Not a great place to stop when traveling didn't find out until I was back on the highway
