I do love taco bell food but it's like they try make you hate it. Have sat in the drive thru for over an hour several times each time with less than 6 cars ahead of us. Our order is probably only right 20% of the time. There app never works right and many times let's you get all the way to the checkout and then tells you they are not open for online and then deletes everything in your cart.
Drive thru order. Few other cars in line, order taken and food ready without delay or problems. Great service, food was fresh, hot and tasty!
As a HUGE taco bell fan (once per week I would eat there) I have to give this location 1 star. When I had the taco pass my "free taco" would be in my order roughly 50% of the time. Any order customization would be made incorrectly (hope you like Chipotle sauce, that's what your getting no matter which one you choose). All in all avoid unless you like surprises. Staff is nice.
Very inconsistent. I've had 2 instances where I've ordered online and either found out no one was in the store or that "there's only 2 people working so we can only take order limits of 4 items" like I work in a busy restaurant too, I make orders that are larger and more complicated than just tacos. Like I know not every item on the menu is easy but Jesus Christ dude
I used to love Taco Bell, but this location is a no ?? They said we’re out of products and laughed, no meat no soft wraps etc. Prior to that they gave me a limit of two burritos.
This used to be the only Taco Bell worth going to in the Fargo/Moorhead area but wow, my opinion has changed. I placed an order online for pick up at 11:30am the week of Jan 17, 2022. My order was paid for and when I went to pick up my order, the doors were locked. I proceeded to call twice and spoke to two different people. Both people refused to give me my order (even after saying I would wait and pick it up in the drive thru), stating they weren't ready to place orders yet with staffing issues. They both stated I would receive a refund but nope, I was charged for the items and never got them. I am disgusted with how I was treated; didn't get my food and still had to pay. I will never be going back and I encourage others to do the same.
This place is closed at 2 am but still takes uber eats orders and it's confusing customers who think their order is in but they say its not....
May have forgot my sauce but hey I still like the food. Good thing I keep a emergency stash in my car!
Not sure what this is....but ordered a 5 layer chicken burrito. My hubby's Supreme burrito was supremely tortilla with a dash of mush.
If I could make a negative I seriously would. I hate complaining about things and I try to give the benefit of the doubt, but Taco Bell seems to never get it right. Not only was almost my whole order messed up, but they were very rude when I asked how they could make it right. I paid extra for steak and sour cream in a few of my tacos and that wasn’t accommodated. I didn’t receive my chips, but I got the cheese. No idea how that makes sense. And my drink was half full when I got it. It’s like they only hire low lives who don’t know how to do their job.
