This is the subway closest to our house and my sons favorite place to eat.. but now they are so unreliable, unpredictable, constantly closed with no explanation.. it’s beyond frustrating going there after you google the hours to make sure they’re open to get to the store and find out it’s closed!!! This has happened more than once. It is not ok. Do better!! I would give negative stars if I could.
Food was fine but the people working were extremely rude. There was a new person working and we were trying to work with him and being patient with him. He was a little slow and so we were repeating our order for him. Another guy comes over and starts rushing and being rude towards us and the other employee. Interrupted us while telling him what we wanted for our combos, rude tone of voice while asking what we wanted on our sandwiches and while taking payment. They were acting as if they were about to close even though they were open for another 4 hours.Edit: tried visiting again and suddenly they've changed their hours so they're closed Sundays at 430 but all their signs are the same with their normal hours. Place is trash and obviously poorly managed. Waste of time.
The manager lady is very snippy/rude ! Food was fine because I went inside. Very skimpy with the veggies and sauce. Not sure how being rude will benefit a business .
Easily the worst subway in the FM area. They make the food wrong everytime without fail
Never ever answer the phone. Everytime I've went there something goes wrong. Love subway and this one close to my house, but this subway by far the worst one, just saying
Love all the fresh options to choose from. Bread and wrap selection is awesome. Endless possibilities for a healthy meal! Now if they could only have their signature homemade lemonades year round that would be amazing ?!
Ordered 2 meatball subs, charged for 3 cause the worker claimed the order was for Pro subs, no clue what Pro means but definitely not worth 8 bucks.Bye subway, thanks no thanks!
Terrible overpriced and gets my order wrong every time I go. I actually go to other sub places even though this one closer just so I get what I ordered
The good thing about Subway is you always know what you're going to get what it's going to taste like oh, but that being said they changed a lot of their meats and bacon and it does taste lately different and I would say a little bit better. Another great thing is ordering through the app just pick what you want place the order pick it up in the store you're done. Thumbs up Subway
Not very helpful through the drive through. Sandwiches came out not as expected cause of bad communication.
