Simply put we've had too many bad drive up windows this past year and suffered from lesser quality than anticipated too often.
One of the worst subway shop in fargo. U know y they don't have fresh meat and vegetables even the sandwich is taste like expired. They need to improved this thing.

The employee was rude and impatient, the worse experience ever, I cried bc I was so embarrassed! Called and emailed the manager after and still haven't heard back!
So disappointed with customer service and the stores go to model. Apparently we can no longer order from people! I have to hang out of a car and touch an oversized dirty screen that goes through 42 screens to order a simple sub. Since I haven't gotten the formal register training with Subway and to know where all of the items are I want on my sub I guess I won't be going there anymore. I I'm not looking to become a Subway employee I just wanted to order a sub the way I want it and always have been able to do with a live human being. Goodbye Subway it's been nice

I usually go to this location because its close to home, but sometimes I feel like its worth it driving to a different one. As other's have stated it seems like negative customer service. They almost never cut a footlong sub all the way, so your forced to tear bread and toppings all over. Sauce seems too little or too much. Half the time you don't even get the bread you ask for and they don't even bother letting you know.I'm being generous with 3 stars...Just remember who writes your paychecks, its not Subway, its the customers.
