Love this subway by far the best one in town staff are always friendly and amazing they actually remembered my order from a previous visit ? and they don't charge me extra for extra veggies

Went and got a sandwich there today and had the worst experience ever, a short old lady with glasses was so rude to me and acted like I was bothering her because I wanted to get a sandwich, then meanwhile making my sandwich she went to the back to turn something off that was beeping,came back and didn't even change her gloves! smh very disappointing experience
Probably the worst subway I've been to and that's saying a lot, I can see workers in the back doing nothing And they won't help me. I stood their for about 5-10 minutes without anyone coming upfront to help me. I would like to see something done about the staff here this is very unprofessional.

Didn't ask if I wanted cheese on my sub plus didn't ask if I wanted toasted or warm up plus when I came back to register after eating to order cookies no one came to the register to take my order.
