For almost 7 dollars for a drink. They should be filling the cups up as much as possible with the coffee mixture. They have an inch of foam on top and call that a 16oz coffee. (Grande, I guess).
Mobile order both times I’ve been here has taken 20 minutes longer than the time I was told on the app. People who have walked in and drive through get their drinks faster than mobile orders 10 minutes before I get there. Location is nice but mobile orders speed could use some serious improvement.
This location is my typical 'go-to' for Starbucks. I visit and frequent often. I typically order the same beverage. However, the last handful of times I've ordered, it's been made incorrectly. I switched my order today to my second favorite drink and that one was made incorrectly. It's awfully biter and doesn't carry the mocha flavor it's supposed to have. The employee that assisted today was also very rude and argumentative. I will not be returning to this location for a long while. I'd rather drive out of my way to go to a different location.
Always delicious and Frankie in the drive through window is always a nice addition to your day, genuinely friendly and kind!
Parking lot is horrible!!!! my sister fell while going in…we asked to speak to the manager to show her and she comes out rolling her eyes! i would never recommend this starbucks! very rude management!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered a couple coffees and a few other items and had chose the pick up in store option but when I arrived there was a note on the door saying picking up in store wasn't available and was told I needed to go through the drive thru which was about 12 cars deep at the time and I had to get tothe airport to catch my flight I final had to call and basically beg and plead my case to why they should just hand me my stuff out the front door because of my situation so after about 5 minutes of that they final gave in and handed me my stuff out the front door and scolded me for picking an option that wasn't available but on their website it was so totally not my fault or any wrong doing on my part but they definitely could have handled the situation a lot more professional in my opinion
Barb & the staff are always sure to welcome you when you enter the building. It is a great way to start your morning. My order is always made to my liking and made in a timely fashion. This is my favorite Starbucks in Fargo-Moorhead.
Melissa & Frankie are my favorite voices to hear on my Starbucks runs. Thank you ladies for always supplying the coffee. ? 10/10. Had to snag some photos while in the line today for my review.
