Best Starbucks in Fargo Area!! The folks here got to know hubby and I by name and drink orders. We are usuals. They are friendly, efficient, always make it right, and have all around fantastic customer service!!!
Always super kind to me when I grab my pickup orders! Makes my mornings and afternoons a bit brighter each time I stop in :) I’ve never had my order messed up in the slightest even tho one of my coffee orders is quite particular in nature lol.
logan (i think that was their name) was the sweetest person ever!!! gave off such positive and happy energy!!! i was having a rough start to my day, but they’re energetic voice really changed that! and plus, my coffee was DELICIOUS today!!! thank you so much!!! (ps logan deserves a raise)
Always great service there! In particular there are a couple young men who always make my day better when I stop in! They are rarely out of ingredients and are very accommodating. 10/10 would recommend to anyone
I placed an order for a refresher with NO ice and when I picked up they did not make it correctly. It was filled to the brim with ice and unfortunately I am not able to have cold drinks. Not satisfied.
Multiple times I have ordered a Decaf latte and drank half. Then I get extremely nauseous. Clearly wasn't decaf. Just happened again! Done going here.

I used to work here and the wait times would be super quick! We made sure of that. I literally waited for almost 30 mins in the drive through with 2 cars in front of me.I asked for an ice drink and when they gave it to me hot, they got an attitude. Rude employees and horrible wait times. It used to be so good. What happened????
Lobby is open, but you can only order via your phone or go through the drive thru. So as I'm standing there I cannot verbally order I have to pull out my phone and order, what a joke. So if you are driving anything big don't bother stopping just keep on driving.
It's good but the line is always crazy can go to caribou and get good coffee without the crazy line
