About the worst customer service I’ve ever received at a Starbucks. When you’re paying that much for coffee you would think the person at the window would at least smile and say good morning and not look like they are annoyed that you are there.

Pulled up at 8:35 and despite their hours advertised till 9, they closed early. The two locking the door said due to Covid staff shortages... when are you going to stop pulling to Covid card or just change your advertised hours.

What a change from a couple years ago. Went in for a lunch and there were no seats available except at the bar so I sat at the bar and no service for about 10 minutes so I just got up and left.Unbelievably poor service at this point.

Before ordering the employee didnt mention they didn't have any dried fruit for the drinks I ordered all she did was say they did have dragon fruit and when I got my drink they ran out also.

I ordered ahead on the app, but when I got there, they told me they hadn't received it. Unfortunately, all of the orders people placed ahead didn't go through. I know it wasn't the team's fault, but this is the 3rd time something like this has happened at this location. I have ordered ahead, had my receipt, went in to pick it up, and was told that mobile ordering was turned off, so they didn't get my order. I didn't understand how I could place my order, yet mobile ordering was turned off! Oh well, again, it's not their fault. It's just inconvenient when I have to get to campus lol.

Ordered a grande mocha with caramel syrup for my dad with dementia who likes his custom drink that "tastes like a Caramello candy". They must have read "latte" instead of "mocha" at the bar (the sticker did say "GR Mocha" so it was rung in correctly) because when I delivered it to him there was no chocolate and no whipped cream, just caramel syrup. I told him "today your drink is a Werther's Caramel" and he was OK with it, but I was definitely upcharged for the mocha part I paid for & he didn't get.

I go to this Starbucks all the time since it’s so close to me! The staff are so friendly and kind. Since the spelling of my name was wrong on my order she offered to put my last name on there with a sharpie :) I highly recommend that all of you try this place

The line is insanely long as usual and honestly they made a terrible decision with the drive thru that leads directly out onto the little back street.BUT the mango dragon fruit refresher and chocolate croissant I had been craving for weeks were lovely!

I had the absolute worst service I’ve ever had at any Starbucks. I waited 20 mins for a black coffee after the app said it would be ready at 4:15, then when I tried to ask about it and was completely ignored. I had to raise my voice a bit for someone to even look at me and then when asked she proceeded to say well she doesn’t know and basically saying she can’t help me, and I watched the same worker give another customer attitude after her order asked for no whip cream and whip cream was added. it was very rude and I didn’t feel welcomed or happy at all with the service She showed no interest to even be there and I’ve never dealt with something like this at any Starbucks. I understand it can be busy and stressful for the workers, but costumers should never be treated like this. I’ll opt for the one on University.

Stopped for a coffee and Double Smoked Bacon Cheddar and Egg sandwich last Friday on my way out of town. Got in the road and went to eat my sandwich only to find out there was no bacon on it at all. Pretty disappointing.
