Would give a -10 if I could. Waited at the intercom for 15 minutes before my order was finally taken. Got to the window and the little girl didn't even speak. Just opened the window and looked at me. No greeting or anything. I ordered 2 shakes. One was the wrong size, and the other one tasted absolutely disgusting. I don't know what they put in there but I made me physically ill after I took a sip I had to throw it out. What a complete waste of money. Worst customer service in Fargo. This place used to have good food and shakes. I don't know what has happened since then. The manager and employees were all just sitting around inside on their phones being loud and talking about personal matters. Very unprofessional. This whole location needs all new employees and definitely a new manager. If you don't like your job or going to work, get a different job!
Used to have signs over the drive in areas when they were taking drive thru only orders. Now there is no sign, and they just clear the button without informing you it is drive thru only. Waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes without any cars moving.
Sonic Fargo ND... you have an employee name Jennifer that was honestly has the rudest, most unethical, approach to customer service. She took my order, then never responded after 15 minutes. Once she finally came back she said sorry drive thru only. The service and "wheels" has fallen completely off. Such a shame yet another fast food chain falls off the map.

Overpriced, terrible customer service, and out of everything. Tried to tell me to order a full size popcorn meal, when the were out of chicken strip kids meals. That was double the price for tiny chunks of chicken that are more bread than meat. The few times I gave into my children and took them there to eat the customer service was horrendous. Every single drive-thru employee acted like we were inconveniencing them going there to eat. I will never go there again.
We ordered a brioche sandwich and received a thin hamburger bun that was super rubbery. Service was rude...will not be going back.
I would give zero stars if I could. I pulled up to speaker Destiny said she could take my order. I start ordering my food and don’t get a response figured out she was taking the order of the car at the other speaker that got there after me. So they drive ahead I hear her take the order of that car now. So when that car pulls ahead I start saying hello into the speaker and then she takes the order of another car at the other speaker. I yell hello a couple more times with not an answer so I pull ahead. Finally get to the window tell them they never took my order and the whole store of employees needs to come to the window and after 5 mins of them talking they say they can’t take a order at the window. Which is the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard. Tell me to drive around again. So now I have to wait in the drive thru line again. Horrible customer service.
Very fast very friendly service. Food was good as always. The ocean water tastes different than I remember it's been a few yrs since I've had one. But over all good place. ?
MWAH this place is tied with Dairy Queen for the best food place. The food is so good and high quality it’s hard to believe it’s fast food. I’ve only been inside once but when I did, it was wonderful, clean and very homey! Please come to sonic when possible, it’s so good in every way
I’ve ate at Sonic before and it wasn’t that great actually I swore I would never go back. Well I gave it another shot and am glad I did. The burger was great ,fries were not greasy and ice cream was very tasty. So will I go back? Absolutely I’m glad I gave it a second chance. Great job guys and thanks for a great lunch.
