First time eating here. I am very disappointed,. First of all, I think the prices are ridiculous. 30$ for 2 meals and with the Canadian exchange rate, 40$. Secondly, we waited over 30 minutes for our to go food. I ordered the avocado burger and the mushroom Swiss burger. My avocado was rock hard, and both sets of fries were cold and gross. The mushroom Swiss burger was pretty good. The only saving grace about this meal was the Mello yellow we had to drink.
I drove 20 minutes to Smashburger just to get my order wrong. I called to let them know what happened when I did the person on the other line was super nice and understanding which I appreciated. They told me to come in the next day which I did. But the young lady at the register was awfully bitter and annoyed when helping us. We went to go sit down to wait for our food and we noticed how her mood was better when helping them rather then us thanks for the terrible customer service.??
Pros.1, food is great.2, fair price for the portion/quality.3, nice environmentCons.1, staff are SLOW......?2, If they are even a little busy you will be waiting & waiting for your food. And you have a 50% chance of them forgetting something like a shake.3, it's loud in their & there's nothing for kids to do.
Went there and just ordered signal smush burger, fries and a shake. Took forever to get to my table. while there was me and 2 other people waiting it shouldnt take this long for a simple order. I had to remind the server about my shake 5 times. Then finally got it after when my meal was done and that I almost gave up and walked away. But food was good but service was very bad and seemed the employees didn't really care and didn't seemed to care about their appearance and behavior.
Finally went after a long break. Service was good. Food was very good. My burger was better than most. My wife was satisfied.
First time eating here. The food was great was great. The person that took our order was amazing. His name is kaden he needs a raise. My haystack onion were not cooked all the way he had them make new ones. They were much better.
We went there for the black bean burgers. We initially told them how many burgers would be in our order. We got charged for 2 extra burgers, only got reimbursed for 1. We got charged for 3 apple juices (that we did not get.) The manager was called to complete the reimbursements and she literally tried telling me that we were not charged for the extra burgers. The burgers we got, had the incorrect toppings, the patties were blah. We used to enjoy going there, however after today’s experience we will not be going back. Our almost $90 bill for what should have been 5 burgers, was definitely not worth it.
Restaurant was clean and employee was very courteous. They were short staffed so a little slow but not so much that it was a problem. Food was good.
The service was friendly and very fast! The black bean burger was seasoned and absolutely delicious! The crispy brussel sprouts were a yummo surprise!
Burgers were pretty good, extremely greasy but good. Now the fries on the other hand were just plain old fantastic. Definitely going back.
