Tried multiple cider taps. Not a beer fan unfortunately. However, they do have multiple brews on tap. I wish I would have taken some pictures. It's a nice establishment with the staff I encountered, They were extremely nice. If you haven't been, you should!I'll update you when I ever get food from here. I know you can. I just never ate there.
We stopped here on our way to Grand Forks. I discovered this restaurant on line and it looked good. The atmosphere was very nice and they had a large beer selection. We saw on the menu it was happy hour and the apptizers were half off (who doesn't like a deal) we decided to try a few. We ordered 4 different apps to share. The food came and the chicken fingers were the onky appetizer that tasted good.The service was ok, not attentive at all. Dropped the food and never saw our server till the bill. It was not busy at all, maybe 5 tables max. I would recommend this restaurant for the atmosphere and beer, but not the food and service.
Bon Appetit is the best way to say side street grill and pub. The drinks are good, but I come for the food.
Great happy hour specials. Chicken wings are really damn good and there are several sauces for them, none of which is bad. Their onion rings (beer battered) are also top notch. Never had a bad experience with the staff. They're friendly and don't seem to mind making small talk with non-regulars. They actually seem to enjoy being there. Great location, great atmosphere, awesome stage. Can't say a bad thing about it!
We went on a weekday afternoon after an appointment. During the happy hour, all appetizers are 1/2 off, so my husband and I ate some good wings for cheap. The waitress was very knowledgeable about the beers and let us sample before we decided!
I would not recommend going here if you are looking to get a drink or food. The last 3 times I have been here I was un successful getting any thing including a "I will be right with you" which would go a long way. The 1st time there were 2 other tables and 2 people working. 30 min later we ended up walking out. Time to learn some customer service and get your ducks in a row.
So while not extensive in their menu, if you get something from here? Try to eat it right away? You will burn your mouth. That's how fresh and taken care of their food menu is. Bartenders are attentive, amazing. Try the Big Ginger if you haven't. It's amazing. Open floor concept that feels spacious and always clean. An amazing place to just relax at any time of day. Would recommend it to anyone.
A cool place in downtown Fargo. Off Broadway by a block. Totally worth the trip! Good food, good atmosphere. The staff was pleasant. A good selection of beers (if you're into that sort of thing).
Disrespectful, terrible service. Would not recommend this establishment to anyone. Unfortunately extending kindness and compassion during misunderstandings is not of importance for this team which is quite unfortunate. Truly do hope that “Zach” and his team can recreate an atmosphere of respect and kindness to their customers. Would not give your business to side street anytime soon.
Great selection of beers and drinks. I'd recommend and come back.
