Great dining experience! Waiting staff were very helpful in explaining the dishes (we did the Chefs Choice), drinks were very good and our waitress paired a great wine for the meal.

Drinks were great, the food was okay, but the service and overall experience was awful. Very long wait to be greeted by server after getting seated, the drinks took 15+ minutes, food was forgotten, there was a miscommunication between our server and manager, and it took forever to get our bill. It was not busy at the time we dined either so we weren’t expecting the delays. When dining at a place like Rosewild, you go for the experience. And they underdelivered.

Wonderful food, inventive and yummy. And dreadful service. Several tables had issues w/ orders coming out at different times for multiple members of their party. My waitress had less info than was on the menu as to what was in my courses and no idea on wine selection. My entree took 50min to arrive… apparently due to manager not submitting the order for 40min?! Rosewild really needs to revamp the front of house service issues …

A genuine dining experience — food, service, & ambiance all five star. Salmon and beef short rib were excellent!!

Although the atmosphere and food was incredible at Rosewild, our waitress was very rude to my sister, friend, and myself. She would blatantly ignore our table while she waited on the tables around us and after already asking her once about our fries we ordered as a starter, we didn't get our fries until after we had finished our meal which we then had to ask for it to-go. Any good waitress would have comped the late fries but of course she didn't. We were plenty kind to her from the start but throughout the meal, our distaste for her attitude towards us only grew throughout the experience. I wished I could have said it was better.

I ordered a Negroni - when it came it was pink - tasted like it was made with lemonade. Asked what was in it and she checked with bartender. He made with gin, Campari, and lemon. Negroni’s are supposed to be gin, Campari, and sweet vermouth. Wife thought it was good so she drank it and I had her old fashion (very good). No sure why you cared we were there for a special occasion. Why do you ask?

Excellent service at the bar and with the front of house managers and servers. Unfortunately the most important part of the meal is the food and the food did not meet the expectations of the ambience and really let the entire experience of staying at the hotel down. There is not a little but A LOT of work to do insofar as the the food quality. It was over seasoned, often times not properly cooked. For example, the burrata does not taste like quality Italian buffalo burrata but rather cow’s milk mozzarella. The swordfish was either over cooked or not of great quality and the flavourings were not quite there. Pasta did not taste fresh. Food was more often than not cool/cold and definitely never hot as you would expect. At these city fine dining prices more should be expected and demanded.

Staff was wonderful. Food tasted good but was never made correctly. Ate here twice and both times the food was a mess. I ordered the chicken sandwich, $18 , the chicken covered 1/4 of the bun. Basically I paid a lot of money for one chicken tender. Wines are ok, not great. Main entrees for dinner were fantastic!

We went for my wife's birthday. It was the best steak, hands down that my wife has ever had and we are big time foodies. Excellent meal all around.

We had the chef progressive menu which was a true delight. Perhaps the biggest thing that set the experience apart was enjoying a meal without feeling pressured to leave or have the table cleared for another party. They have excellent organization to allow the walk ins access to the lounge menu while allowing those with reservations to enjoy a lengthy meal. Just a wonderful experience. The serving staff was attentive and the chefs clearly have a vision in their menu selection. We will enjoy coming back both for special occasions and for impromptu meals.
