Great food and service! will definitely be back!
I was craving crab legs so I stopped by this location around 5:00 on a Sunday evening. The place was crazy busy. Being a party of one, I was able to sit at the bar rail, and the three staff members behind the bar were all over the place helping people with takeout orders, getting drinks, as quickly as possible in the midst of a rush. Elizabeth was my server, and she was just a ray of sunshine - very pleasant, attentive, and had such a good attitude. The other two servers/bartenders were also very kind and accommodating. My food came out efficiently and correctly, was delicious (as crab legs usually are!) Ultimately, I left happy and impressed by how well the clearly-understaffed place kept up with the demand. They remained professional and helpful while the bar area buzzed with people. Shoutout again to Elizabeth, she's an absolute sweetheart!
Order was missing one part. Called the restaurant, they had closed about 10 minutes before I called. The manager actually answered the phone. Was very apologetic about the mistake. Offered free food, refund, whatever I wanted to make it right. Went back next night to get the missed item. The manager (Jordan was her name I think) brought my food out and apologized again for inconvenience. She was great. Great service and genuine sincerity. Will definitely be back. Thank you
Wow, we wanted a great dinner at red lobster. Oops what a mistake that was. We took it out to eat in the hotel room and relax. 1st no cutlery, no salt no pepper no napkins and the meal was horrible both my wife’s and mine. Lobster was raw and gross, my shrimp and pasta had no sauce NONE! My wife’s meal was like eating thick jerky with lots of gristle in her steak. We did not receive any salad just our meals in which less than 1/2 was consumed. We Will never go back to Fargo red lobster.
My family and I came to Red Lobster, for our supper meal. It was a very busy meal time, understandably some (not all) of our food got cooled off due to the ticket time. Not only did our server Molly (who is wonderfully kind, funny, and very pleasant) take the food to heat it for us, the manager also heard about the issue and got us free dessert as well as 20 percent off of our meal! I wish I had more stars to give ?
Everything was good besides a steak I got. And yes I understand it's a sea food restaurant and that's why I'm still giving this restaurant 4 stars, the steak was dry but still eatable. Overall the service was good, the sides and biscuits were amazing. Very good place to eat. Some of my little cousins (10 and 6) even got to touch a live lobster, which they enjoyed.
We had to wait over an hour for a table...that was after our second attempt to eat there in one afternoon....they were extremely short of staff...3/4 of the restaurant was empty...service was excellent ...we thanked everyone for working several times! Scarey times!

even though the staff was stressed from employee shortage they were excellent, you guys were so friendly and went out of your way to please us. thank you so much for a wonderful experience and great food! ?
Super friendly servers. Very clean. Definitely will go back. The crab linguine was fabulous! And of course the cheddar bay chez biscuit are always to die for!
