Went during lunch and unfortunately it took way longer then it should have. I have never understood how online orders take top priority over in store orders. But we walked in and only had a handful of people in front of us the three employees that were there had so many orders to put together they did an awesome job. So after waiting forever by the time we finished our order and sat down to eat the food was almost cold. People would walk in and place an online order while in line and get their food faster then people already in line and that doesn't make sense to me.
Every table was dirty. The floor was sticky. The workers were unprofessional. Every bite in my rice bowl had raw rice pieces. When I complained I was told that no one else has said anything so I must be making it up. Then I was offered a cup of rice on the side, but that doesn't fix the problem of the raw rice on everything in my bowl. After I went back to my seat, a different worker did finally come and offered a real replacement. I'll probably pick Chipotle next time.
We used to go to the Fargo Qdoba quite regularly but after tonight, will not go back. We actually got out food, unlike others who waited a long time before walking out or waiting for their online order forever. The place was a disaster, empty food containers piles all over the back counter, so much food spilled on the ledge where they prepare you food, there were slimy trails as the moved the bowls and trays along. The floor where they prepared food was so bad that I couldn’t look at it. The floor throughout the entire restaurant was so sticky your shoes made suction sounds as we walked. There wasn’t a clean table in the place. The windows looked like they hadn’t been washed in a year. The staff didn't seem to care how fast they worked or to try to help those who were visibly frustrated. The ticket for the online orders kept coming and they weren’t even close to keeping up. After biting on a chicken bone in my quesadilla and pulling long stringy unground Cilantro from the guacamole stems while trying to eat after seeing that food prep area, we couldn’t even finish our meal. My husband said this would be the last time we ate there and I agreed!
Extremely unsanitary, one employee was combing his beard at the register waiting for the lady to pass him my bowl and then have the nerve to put my queso in my bag of chips without washing his hands i was completely disgusted, will not be back and that should definitely be a health violation. Also employees were very loud and disruptive I could barely hear the lady that was taking my order. I would give a zero star if I could.
When I entered there was one person eating at a table and one waiting for an order. No one was in line. It appeared that the staff was only working on filling online orders. I was told they would be with me when they could. After waiting 10 minutes for someone to take my order I left.
This used to be one of our favorite places for a good, quick meal. It has absolutely gone downhill. I know the industry has suffered and finding good help is hard, but even the basics are failing. Steak is burnt black, fajita vegetables are COVERED in whatever seasoning it is they use so that's the only taste there is (besides burnt meat) and the place is filthy. There is also a big puddle of water in front of pop machine without a wet floor sign. Won't be back.
Food was completely cold, not even a little warm. And I bit into and was chewing on plastic… yum.
Everything was excruciatingly bland. Never had to put salt and garlic powder on Hispanic cuisine before. The portion size for the price is half that to Chipotle. Overall, not great. Won't be returning.
I've had many meals at Qdoba and have loved it every time but this evening I ordered through a delivery service and was not satisfied. The bowl was great but the burrito was about half the size of a normal qdoba burrito and when I called they said they couldn't do anything about it... Won't be ordering delivery from them anymore.
I used to go to qdoba a lot cuz it was good food and fast. But since they no longer wanna serve walk-in order I will not be going back.
