I stopped in for lunch and this was my first time trying this place. I had the roast beef sandwich and a cup of their broccoli cheese soup. It was really good. The shop was clean and the staff was really friendly. The shop isn't iobvious from the street and I really just stumbled upon it while looking for a place to eat. I'd go back if I were ever in town again.
Ordered through the potbelly website. Waited 15 minutes at the window for them to forget all my toppings I wanted and just got meat and bread. They even forgot the cheese. The chocolate shake was good though. Only reason it got a 2 star rating.
The gal working who took our order was kinda rude. We are not from Fargo and never been here. Had no idea about the menu or how it worked. I just ordered a salad with my meal. I said a side salad. She said what one. I picked my salad. I said what does it come with. She is like look on the board. She told me several times it’s on the board ect. That I guess in itself is not all that bad. However it was the delivery of it mixed with that. Maybe she’s having a bad day. Don’t know. Also the broccoli cheddar soup had a funky taste to it and was gritty. My husband and I both enjoyed our sandwiches as they were good. Also no one greeted us when we walked in. Also I felt like a bother to some staff being there.
One of my top choices for great tasting sandwiches and sides. I know I have to get there by closing when I have a hankering for a fresh albacore tuna sandwich on grain.

Tasty food. Great customer service. Dell was especially kind over the phone today when I was starving and checking on my order. Order through the Potbelly site vs google for improved ETA accuracy.
I walked over from a nearby hotel and was served immediately by a very friendly young lady with glasses. I ordered 2 wrecks, chips and cookie and we devoured it! The sandwich was very flavorful, bread was crusty but yet soft and toppings were fresh. Highly recommend!
Very delicious bread and cookies! The place was very warm, inviting and clean. The service was fast and very friendly. Would recommend the wreck with everything except for mustard and hot peppers unless that's your thing!
Always prompt, and correct orders. Never had anything bad here, and the service has always been perfect. Keep up the good work.
