Absolutely horrible ordered a pizza before 8 o’clock and no movement on the app at all or anything had tried to call them close tonight because it had been close to two hours paid $50 for everything I ordered they are a charge my card and we went answered on the phone was told a very rudely that they were closing at 9 o’clock and hung up on me I have yet to get my ordered fulfilled and delivered to my address I paid $50 for the whole order absolute ridiculous. Calling bank Monday to have my card refunded for my fraud pizza
Overall the quality of the food was not near what it usually is. I ordered the cheese breadsticks and the cheese was minimal at best. There was also zero stretch left to the cheese because they were over baked.
Those were terrible pizzas for not being frozen ready to cook from the grocery store. There was maybe 10 slices of pepperoni on the one...better off buying a little cesars pizza if we want a cheap pizza.
Pizza was good, meat was way less greasy as it used to be, but didn’t get the extra sauce on mine. Otherwise good.
Make sure the breadsticks and the pizza were cut, hot and seasoning was on everything before delivery also the marinara sauce was cold.
If you changed the recipe to your breadsticks please change it back, if you didn’t, teach your employees how to cook them so they don’t have the texture of plastic and have zero taste. I literally got the wish/generic version of Pizza Hut
Ordered Lemon pepper wings and fries which were super soggy and had no lemon pepper seasoning on them at all. Breadsticks were hard so could really eat those either. Super sad. Too late to go anywhere else now
The pizza was completely undercooked . The bacon was not edible and each piece has to be spit out. The taste was off
Our pizzas where dry like they were sitting then for while crust was hard so we threw them away and orderd Chinese! Lost 26$ so disappointed i should have called and complained.
Lol. Delivered to the wrong address the first time, took over an hour for the redelivery which they forgot half the order anyway. Called for a refund because in 2 hours they couldn't figure out 1 pizza and some sodas, and the girl in the background was cussing up a storm about me. Like it was my fault delivering food is too hard for them. Good job, Pizza Hut.
