I usually love this place but this time I placed an order for curbside pickup because I had just gotten done with work and I felt disgusting and I didn’t particularly feel like going inside. I get to the restaurant on time for when my pizzas say they’re done and I waited there for 15 minutes. I never got any sort of message on my phone for if I was supposed to let someone know I was there and no one brought my pizza out to me after I had left my vehicle info on the app so they would know which one is me. So I went inside to get it and I told the girl I was supposed to have had a CURBSIDE order and she went to check the warmer and my pizzas were sitting right there so clearly no one had bothered to check what sort of order that was and then she handed my pizzas with a nasty attitude and I left. Very disappointed in the customer service here. Be better Pizza Hut
We got the pizza box and it was wonderful. We live a hour out of town so it's always a treat
Online order said 55-65 minutes. I called the store 90 min. Later and the person said it would go out in 20 min. So after 2 hours AND my pizza was apparently sitting there finished I had to cancel. Lady said they been on a 2 hour delivery time since 3pm ( this was yesterday). Maybe update your online delivery time. I love pizza hut but not over 2 hours. I understand the business and hard to find help but if the online could be updated that would help. Thank you
The sauce in the cups for dipping was watery and tasted like plastic. Not at all like the classic sauce flavor! Or even a decent marinara to use. We had to grab a jar of Prego from the cupboard.
That was a very good pizza,yummy, also the delivery driver was very nice with a big smile on his face.
I feel pizza should have a Lil more toppings on them... They barely had any meat on a meat lovers pizza... Chicken Alfredo was just warm not hot when delivered...
Half my order was forgotten, then when the remainder of it was delivered the delivery gentleman wanted to charge me again for the items that were on the order. He argued with me and finally stormed away after I found the electronic confirmation showing my full order.
I ordered a stuffed crust pizza and I only ate one slice of pizza it was so thin in the middle and the pizza was cold when it got here. Worst pizza I have had in a long time.
My 4 boys love this place, especially when they have an auntie who works here and spoils them whenever they want pizza, breadsticks, and dessert!!!! Awesome prices that can't be beat for the value!!!
The delivery driver did not ring the doorbell or knock. We did not know if the food arrived. It sat o. Our porch for a while and was cold when we got it. The tracking did not work as it still said out for delivery. Usually We have excellent service and food. I was very disappointed to have spent 27 dollars for cold limp food.
