Didn’t mind the 20 minute wait, because the food is usually great, and short staffing and all that…however the service, and food we had this time was not great. It didn’t appear to be understaffed. Our server brought us the chips,and our drinks, and food, and never checked on us after that, or asked how the food was, if we needed a refill we had to flag someone else down. She handed us our bill, and today kids eat free under 8, and my daughters meal wasn’t taken off. She never came to get our payment, and we waited, and waited..so we got tired of waiting, and found the manager ourselves to get the meal taken off and pay, and we left. The food was over cooked, and tasted burnt, normally the flautas are full of stuff on the inside it was like 1/4 of the way full. Would not recommend if this is how the food, and service always is. Do better paradisos you used to be my favorite go to place.
Food was fast and delicious. We don’t have good Mexican food back home. Would come again.

Having lived in San Antonio, Texas for 10+ years, I have a pretty high expectation for some good Mexican food. That being said, I can confidently say that Paradiso is the BEST Mexican restaurant I have ever had, even being compared to the Texas restaurants. It is flabbergasting that you can get this high of quality this far north of the Mexico boarder. I am just driving through Fargo, but trust me...I WILL be back. Excellent food, excellent service, excellent experience.
We stopped here because it was the only place in the area we could find open and we were pleasantly surprised. The margaritas were good and the food was wonderful. Only downside was the smell of cleaning products but at least we knew it was clean. It didn't hinder the flavor of the food or drinks.
Excellent place for dinner. I had the steak fajita plate and was impressed with the amount of beef that I received. A lot of other place give you more veggies than meat. Decent amount of food and decent overall price. It can get crowded but we showed up before the crowd, and was promptly served.

Superior in every way possible! Down in Fargo on a visit from Canada and given a recommendation to stop in. It was excellent advice. Prices are very reasonable, portions are huge, food quality and taste exceeded all expectations, service was friendly, professional and fast! Even hours after the meal, the leftovers still taste great! Definitely worth your time and money!
Spacious, clean, and cozy inside, with a colorful and warm decor. The service was reasonably fast and the food (a lunch special) was a full plate w/ savory and well-seasoned/flavored options. The steak taco was fantastic. This isn't an authentic Mexican restaurant; it's an American Americanized, mainstream mainstreamed alternative, but it's a good one!
