Manager hung up me 4 separate times when calling on my order that as 20 minutes past due. I was not vulgar, angry, nor used any fowl language but because my voice was elevated (umm thats how I talk), manager Andrew hung up on me FOUR TIMES. And two out of the four I had someone else call for me.I am BOYCOTTING this PPJ and possibly all of them.

I called, they took our order and told us about half an hour for delivery. An hour came around and I tried calling back. Apparently they were closed and voided our order without calling to let us know or anything. Great service guys. ?
Store supposed to be open til 12 AM for pickup. Spoke to someone on the phone to place an order and had to call back after hearing specials. Called back 5 minutes later and got the message that the location was closed and online ordering was turned off. Bad form. Won’t be ordering there again.
Not very good at listening to what the customer wants. Screwed up my orders 3 times. Im not going to them for a while.

Had the most amazing experience at this location. The guy who took our order was so amazing and kind. couldn't have asked for anyone nicer and the pizza was amazing. We are not from around here, but will definitely be choosing them again while we are in Fargo. Wish we could have gotten the young mans name. Thank you for an amazing experience tonight. He even offered to brinv the pizza out to the car but we were staying across the street at the hotel.
The Free Cookie for your birthday for being a rewards member actually expires after a couple of weeks AND when I went to order today, the cookie wasn't even on the menu to be ordered! Last few deliveries have taken close to 1 hour as well. Also, the delivery fee must've went up somewhat recently. I surely hope the drivers are getting a large chunk of that, but I doubt they are.
