Drive through is always closed. I attempted to place a mobile pick up order and now that is also blocked! Went inside to dine and ended up leaving so disappointed. Very expensive - no value for what you get. We were told they ran out of baguettes! How does a BREAD COMPANY run out of bread?! It was chaotic inside, unorganized. Tables weren’t being cleaned. Where was the manager?! It did not appear to have anyone managing anything. We do like the food even as overpriced as it is, but making it inaccessible by closing down the drive through is beyond annoying.
Drive thru has been blocked off for months. Pick up area is kind of far from door and it took me a minute to find it with so many people standing around in one little area. The "flow" of the restaurant doesn't make sense. I also wasn't expecting the bread to be SO hard. I've had sourdough before but this bread is probably equivalent to eating a mouthful of glass. High priced for low quality. Unfortunate. I really wanted to love it.
~I had Panera Bread in Fargo tonight. I was shocked when the employee & mgr says, we don't give change back due to the coin shortage in the US but you can donate it to us though, you can donate it to the children... what children?~that stupid coin shortage excuse has been debunked for some time now, there's no coin shortage!~my soup was supposed to be a bowl, I received a cup, that's their bowl size the manager says, that's the size of our bowl, 4 ounces isn't a bowl, that's part of a cup! the French Onion soup didn't come with cheese, bread crumbs, it didn't even look the picture at all!~I will never go back to Panera Bread!
The food was so good. We will be back. The flavor of the bread and freshness of the ingredients made such a great sandwich.
Tried the new spicy chicken sandwich and I did not disappoint. Very, very good. Flavorful, just the right amount of spice. One of the most moist chicken sandwiches I have had. Nice fresh and soft bun. Great sandwich. Might try the traditional or classic next time. Love Panera. Great atmosphere and aesthetic. Clean. Great service. Love the kitchen sink cookie. Can't wait to visit again!!
I got a gift card for Panera Bread, and decided to use it as I was in the neighborhood. Imagine my surprise at finding the food not only exceeded my expectations, but hugely so. The bread, the soup, even the mac and cheese were worlds beyond what I'm used to from sit-down restaurants. I can't recommend this place enough.
I've always had good luck here. Good food, friendly service. However, I wish drive thru would be open again. It's been closed for months now. It's very busy and hectic inside.
Drive Thru NOT open. Been closed for many many months. The inside of the store is always packed full. The drink station is right in the way of where people pick up their orders. No space for people to move around.. It's chaotic and stressful to go there. ?
only got two small pieces of avocado in my avocado chicken melt and last time I had a dark black hair in my food (I'm blonde). dont think I'll be returning :-(
