This location is usually super friendly and good about portions but my experience today was not great. The girl who walked me through gave me half scoops of everything and didn’t have a great demeanor. I am usually able to get two meals out of a bowl but wasn’t even filled by what I was given. The picture is without even taking a bite. Disappointed and won’t be returning for a while.
They work hard and they are definitely under paid. They deserve way more. Food was good as always! Great work yall!
Food was fine. Disappointing customer service. I understand businesses have adapted to more take out and delivery, but it does not mean the customers that come into your restaurant should stand there for several minutes before they are acknowledged because all 3 staff members are working on take out orders. Then once our order got started we had to wait again and watch other orders get finished. To top it off we had to wait to pay while orders were being packaged. If the customers in the building are not important then we won't bother coming in.
We didn't even get our order taken. Not even a hello. One kid was ignoring us and started "cleaning" the kid making the food was counting money with gloves on and proceeded to make food with the same gloves. We watched them make the food and I'm not down for food poisoning. Good luck if you try it. I'm going to Qdoba
Right after lunch rush and it took almost 10 minutes to find ones to make change. The guy badly tore my burrito when folding it and immediately wrapped it and I had to insist that he redo it. He knew he had messed it up so I wasn't too happy
Did not eat there, wasn't what I expected. Wanted a burito with gravy, no gravy here.
Quick, warm meal at lunch during the work week. Busy area of town. Served me well.
Plenty of parking, fast/friendly service, and delightfully more enjoyable than Chipotle. The quesadillas were tasty and the softshell tacos ? were also savory and surprisingly low cost (only $6.--!). Me and my two young sons like this spot as a quick stop in the middle of running errands!
Delicious, the guy making everything was fast, nice and awsome, manager was running everywhere making sure was filled up great service
I'm giving Pancheros on 13th Ave in Fargo 1 star because I ordered a Modelo beer today and opened the beer myself since they didn't open it and the top of the bottle broke off with the cap. I asked if I could get a new beer since mine had glass in it and they said there's nothing they can do. I even asked for a manager and they said nothing could be done. Any other place would give you a new beer no questions asked. A customer next to me said I should throw the beer at the wall. Of course I didn't do that but I think it's ridiculous they did nothing.
