CLOSE THIS FAIL OF A RESTAURANT NOW!I am not sure what the situation was this evening around 7:30. Walked in and stood waiting for anyone to come to the counter. Only sign of life was on younger employee entering and exiting the kitchen area. Food sat in the service window and customers were waiting for to go and eat in meals. Gave off a creepy vibe. Waited for over ten minutes in this state then backed out slowly.Huge fail on management and franchise owner to run a business so under staffed. Can’t blame the workers. I wish the kid there wrote a note and locked the doors. This place doesn’t deserve any business or profits. I won’t return. I went to awesome GP’s Greek restaurant next door. ?????
Awful. I ordered a to go order. When I got there, nobody acknowledged me. Then, I realized the juice was missing from my order. It took me over 5 minutes to get anyone's attention. When I did and asked for the juice, the guy rolled his eyes and walked away from me to get the juice, before I could tell him I had ordered 2 juice boxes for my 2 kids. When he got back, he still didn't say anything. I had an awful day, was looking forward to pasta Fresca, only to get home and realize they messed up my order. No pasta Fresca, just the spicy tomato sauce pasta. Definitely not what I ordered, and super disappointing. I also noticed they gave my kids raw broccoli, and not cooked broccoli. Noodles and company is supposed to cook the broccoli, and my kids are particular about textures of foods, so they refused to eat it. If mistakes are made, that's one thing. But I was treated horribly and they got SO many things wrong. We know to avoid this location now, and maybe even noodles and company in general. We only went to this location because the other one didn't have online ordering for some reason.
Would give this ZERO stars if I could. We were traveling thru town and stopped because normally the service at other Noodles and company's are good. There were 4 in our group we placed our order at 6:00pm and after 15 minutes of not receiving our food we realized we were not given a table number for dine in services so we asked, our ticket was #11, the counter staff was so unorganized and under trained they gave us number 8. We waited another 30 mins no food staff continued to run a round confused bagging and un bagging food for to go orders and customers that came in after us were now eating their food. We decided to just leave after already paying for $60 worth of food, the tables in the dining room were not cleaned and the overall appearance of the place was not appeasing. This experience has ruined all Noodles and Co. for life. Need to hire new staff and managers if you expect to keep a restaurant open and running smooth not just a bunch of clueless children. I will send a complaint to Noodles corporate as well not that it will change anything. Other than I would like a full refund of my order. If the owner would please contact me to get us a refund.thank you
Just ok. Had Japanese Pan noodles and steak was cold. Noodles were Luke warm and not great.
The large bowls we ordered had the same amount of food as the small bowls. The food seemed watered down compared to what it used to be. It was ok.
NOT A CHAIN, FAMILY RUN.Great food every time I eat there.Portions are large and be ready to ask for a to go box.
I’ve never been to Noodles and Co. This was my first time stepping foot in the store. I asked for a meal, but the guy who was at the till never asked me what side I wanted, and was barely paying attention. Afterwards, he just threw away the receipt and also didn’t give me a cup for the drink, he just walked away. There was a nicer lady who came back and helped me out of the issue by adding the side, but the guy has gotta get it together. What company wants people walking out of the store feeling worse than when they walked in?I would place his name, but there was no receipt.
Awesome food today, wasn't dried out like the last couple of times!!
The online ordering hasn't worked for me ever but I just go inside and order instead. Food is good and reasonably quick. Staff is always friendly.
run. dont walk away from this place, run as fast as you can away from it.right as we walked in the door would barely even open, we thought they were closed until we saw the broken printed sign on the ground and all it said was “door broken”walking in, there was an employee sitting at one of the tables on their phone, and the rest were chatting in the back, no costumers were in there at all.they were completely out of bacon and the parmesean chicken, and everything was FILTHYall of the tables were dirty as well as the floor. the pop machine quit working multiple times as we tried to get pop out and was horribly sticky on the screen.there was some sort of sauce spilled on the metal surface near the pop machine and it had clearly been there for a while.overall, this place has really gone down hill. management definitely needs some changes.
