I have been there 2 times. The first time the manager was rude and just ignored us. He saw someone he knew come in and went straight to her and took her order first ignoring us. Then today we stopped for lunch and the specials end at 2pm it was 2:04 and the manager snarled "Those are done at 2!" I wasn't even sure what time it was and felt there was no reason to snarl. We decided to leave. I won't go back there a third time.
Customer service was very un professional. I ordered sesame chicken but they gave me just vegetables and would not refund my money. They wouldn't even let me talk to the manager. Don't waste your money here!
As always the house fried rice the wontons and crab rangoons were delicious but the sweet and sour chicken was a disappointment as the chick was very dry and the coating fell off but al in all I would order from here again
My dining experiences have almost always been very good. Not to long ago I was charged twice for one of the meals. When I notified the manager of the mistake it was taken care of right away. They will continue to get my business as I feel they deserve it.
Absolutely the most horrible Chinese food I've ever had in Fargo. Undercooked wonton and terrible chicken. I would not recommend Nine Dragons to ANYONE! I hope I have a toilet nearby soon.
Seriously if you want to order make sure they don't add $ to your tip!! I'm still disputing a $ 10 tip which was $ 2 they will screw you and take your $$ . Food was late and cold. I've never ordered any Chinese elsewhere cause I love their food but I will never trust them again! Manager is not nice and seriously doesn't care about your disagreement.
The food was really good and large portion for the money. Had the 4 portion special and was very satisfied. I can't wait to try the pizza. I highly recommended this place.
Best chicken lo mein in the country!!! We love it when we come back to Fargo from Denver!! We bring 6 orders home with us when we leave to freeze and take out as we have our lo main withdrawals!!!
Worst experience. Would LOVE to speak to the owners and ask them if shouting at customers and telling them that you don't want their business is what they truly believe in. Trent accused me of putting in the wrong order and not knowing how their website works. In this economy you'd think his customer service skills would be better. Can't even leave a Facebook review.Never going back!
9Dragons' crispy duck is to die for, and they've easily got the best pizza crust in town. We've ordered both carryout and delivery recently, and got exactly what we wanted both times! I dunno where the other reviewers are comin' from, but this place is legit. The shop is clean, staff were friendly, and the food delicious! I still think it's lit you can get Chinese food and a pizza at the same place ?
