I usually have no issues when I eat here. Most of my visits have been curbside. However, on May 20th, 2022 at around 12:30 PM, I decided to go through the drive through. I'll usually ignore a bad experience if I've had a substantial amount of neutral to positive experiences. However, this particular experience just rubbed me the wrong way in too many ways to just let it slide.First I was greeted with the one taking my order. The young man on the mic was very impatient. He asked me what I'd like, and before I could even start saying the classic "can I get uhhhh", he interrupts me and asks if anyone was there. There was probably only 1 second of dead air before he sprung this question. Even if I did know what I wanted there was no way I would've been able to say it within that pause. That wasn't my only problem when ordering. When I did finally start ordering, he kept interrupting me after every item. He asked me to repeat myself several times as well. I would chalk this up to a simple miscommunication but within one of the breaks I heard him chuckle. Like he was purposely annoying me.After that I moved to the pay window. I had no issues paying for my order. I then moved to the first pickup window. Here I received either a completely incorrect version of my order or someone else's order. I didn't realize before I drove away but I realized in time to stop at the second pickup window.I waited a little bit and someone came to my window and brought me my correct order. After a bit of confusion, I finally received my food and was allowed to keep the incorrect order. I drove off, parked, and ate my food. That's not where it ends unfortunately. When I took my first bite of a cheeseburger from the incorrect meal, I was immediately unsettled. It was soggy. Usually the bun can be a little bit soggy due to the ketchup soaking in. However, this was beyond that. It was as if someone dipped the bun in cool water. Although I figured/hoped the liquid was just spilt water or grease or something like that, I could not shake the possibility that the sogginess was caused by something else of bodily origin. As a result, I did not continue eating the burger and spit out what I had in my mouth. I'm not currently alleging that someone did sabotage my food, but I could not shake that thought while attempting to eat it.The service that I received today was nearing a complete failure. However, I am rating 2 stars instead of 1 because I've been here quite a bit and never had an experience quite like this. I plan to come back later to see if the drive thru experience I had was a fluke. If it was a fluke, then I will increase my rating and write a more positive review. If it wasn't, then expect this review to decrease to 1 star and my patronage to cease. As if anyone really cares for these reviews anyway though.
This location seems to be plagued with issues lately. Subpar food and staffing issues. They have got to the point where the managers don't even follow up after multiple attempts to contact. Even corporate attempting to have them reach out to correct issues go unresolved. This location use to be one of the best in town now it's a insult to it's prior self. Hopefully they get their act together but I feel it will only get worse. Thank you for ripping me off!
whoever the lead (or order completion) was tonight had very foul language as we were dining in.
Avoid this McDonald’s at all costs. Ordered a Oreo McFlurry and it was completely melted and warm. Kids meals were very scimppy on the fries also
Worst McDonald's EVER! Dine in food took 20 minutes. Order was wrong. Hair in a hamburger. Dining room was filthy. And they stopped serving breakfast before 11.
I understand they get busy, but everytime I go here our order is screwed up. Tonight was no exception. Very disappointed.
When I order and pay for a double quarter, get a double quarter in the box, not the single I was sent away with. This is a fairly busy spot, especially with its proximity to the hospital, but this trip was a Sunday night, 9-ish pm, and only one other car in the drive through, so should not have been a problem.Do better next time
Worst customer service ever. Forgot fries and apple juice and when i went back for them i ordered a large. The lady handed me a medium. I said i ordered a large. She put the medium in a large box anf gave it to me. Then the final straw. I had ordered a chocolate shake. She gave me vanilla and said trust me its chocolate. I am disgusted by the lack of work ethic and laziness here. Do not eat at this branch. Everyone working on 1/31/2022 on p.m. shift is entirely incompetent and should be fired.
i would like to start off this review by saying that i am someone who has worked in the food industry for years. i know how stressful it can be & i give even more credit to those who have worked so hard throughout the pandemic. however, my experience today at this location was awful. i went through the drive through & the person whotook my order was talking so fast i could barely understand what she was saying. i tried to tell her the drinks i wanted with my meal to which she responded “so you don’t want coke then?” in the worst attitude i have heard in a long time. i started rambling & apologizing & could feel a panic attack coming on but i just tried my best to get through the rest of the order. i understand that work can be hard & stressful, but i think it’s important as humans to be kind & understanding of each other. i’m always very polite & patient when i place orders & unfortunately it wasn’t reciprocated at this location today. i never expect people to be bubbly or overjoyed to be taking my order at a McDonalds, but to be treated with basic human decency i feel is a valid thing to ask for. i hope whoever she is, she was talked to after this. please do better next time, not just for me but also for disabled individuals who may be hard of hearing or have a different disability.
First let me state I’m not giving the employees a bad rating. This is all on their management. Lively girl wearing a winter jacket working both windows, running back and forth. More than likely severely understaffed. She was very rushed from what I could tell. Got my food. Went home. Completely wrong order and the order I got was definitely not the amount I paid for a 4 person home. My suggestion to their management or the owner, if your that understaffed you get down there and work and not make these poor people work a closing shift by themselves. Do better and lead by example. Unfortunately I will now be going to the one on 32nd by the interstate from now on.
