Employee just refused to give me my mobile order and told me to go through the drive through. I'm in a [email protected]#$ing semi truck.Then you got Subway here that just broke their bread machine and told drivers "hope you're not hungry."
It’s a total crapshoot with McD’s, I know, this isn’t the first time I’ve had raw burgers from this location it’s just this time that I’m deciding to review this place. It’s gotten bad. Used to be good if not above average, for McDonalds. Our fries were hot and were full, that’s why the 2 stars are there. We ordered plain cheeseburgers and got loaded cheeseburgers. It’s a train wreck there. The ice in the drinks were cold, bonus… Do yourself a favor and take the time to get a real burger because Fargo has many great burger places.McDonald’s cannot find good enough help to be relevant anymore. Bummer.
McDonalds are all basically the same, but quick friendly service is appreciated. Simple food is all we ordered for breakfast.
This cafe is part of the truck stop. I had the crispy chicken sandwich and my husband had the fish sandwich combo. Quick service. I was not particularly impressed with the chicken sandwich size, but it had a good taste.
Bad Service, makes 6 people wait so that one person can get the food quick yet all 6 orders of the people who showed up first got their food at the same time. This makes no sense if all six people in the line were served in order the people who got there first would have received their food quicker. Rather than forcing us all to wait. There is no way all six order that "were not ready" all got completed at the exact same time. This made me late to work, only by a minute or so, but I am normally 10 minutes early. Will not be eating here again and would recommend others go elsewhere.
3/4/22 21:00: I ordered on my McDs app ahead of time and when I arrived at Love's (where this McDs is located), I pressed "I am here" on the app, then I got the next screen where I wanted to get my food. I saw pickup wasn't available, only curbside and delivery were. I am a truck driver and those options do not work for me. After I fueled my truck, drove the truck out of the fuel island, I grabbed my phone and went inside, hoping the app was incorrect...it wasn't...gate was already closed, at 9:30 pm. I was waiting to grab the girls attention, finally, young girl responded, saying, "we're closed". I told her I am a truck driver, she said "go around" rudely (pointed to other side of building) and vanished. I am not fetching my meal. They can easily walk through the Subway storage room and hand me my meal.Time on the app only applies to the drive-thru apparently. Dine-in and pick ups close early. No signs on the gate either.Very rude employees. This McDs location is a Big Joke.I cancelled my order and got back on the road after buying 2 hot dogs from Love's.
I wanted chicken nuggets again. The indoors area was closed, so I had to go to the drive-thru. I ordered 20 chicken nuggets, 2 sweet & sour cups, 4 honey packs, and a mocha frappe with whipped cream. I didn't know the frappe came with chocolate syrup on top and chocolate is not something I really eat much of at all. I paid at the first window. At the second window, I was first given my frappe, and I saw chocolate syrup on top (eew). I quickly apologized and told the worker that I only asked for whipped cream. I wanted to pretty much put the blame for it being made wrong on myself. They made me another, and the guy apologized, and I told him it was my fault for not being clear about the frappe. Again, I didn't know it came with the syrup. They were very kind and positive! A girl came to the window with the guy and we were joking about random things. I knew there were people behind me, and I didn't want to make them wait any longer, since I had already received my meal. Since I was staying at a hotel due to busted pipe issues at my apartment (amongst other things), it felt good to be able to smile. I felt like I hadn't smiled or been happy ever since I moved to my apartment in Fargo. When I got back to the hotel room, I saw that they had given me over 8 sweet & sour cups, & this time I had my honey packs! I never thought that one of my best days (or nights) would be at a McDonald's in the drive-thru.Thank you so much for making my day (night)!
Waited in the Drive-Thru line forever got up to order the screens went black. Wouldn't serve us .... Last time I remember you serve the last in line not like we were there a half hour after closing I was in line Had car trouble and a bunch of hungry sad children. Will never be back
The women taking my order was beyond rude. she had the meanest attitude, she should not be working in customer service if she treats all customers like that. she was very visibly annoyed when i pulled up to the window. at the speaker all she had to say was “is that is, is that it, is that is?” right after every item. Her name started with an M i couldn’t read it well.
It's a mcdonald's. Not always the right orders, not great service, but what can you do?EDIT: Returning to this review, I can say things have changed. The service is a lot better, and the orders are almost always right. I can gladly change this from a 2 star review to a 4 star review. Very pleased with the improvement!
