After we placed our order we sat down and the order came but did not get fries. We got the fries and were there for 45 minutes. Every car that went thru the drive thru had messed up orders to the point where they came in the store and asked for food or were waiting on their order. Even dine in costumers were not getting their correct orders. If I could I'd fire the whole staff and shut the store down until further notice.The store wasn't even busy. There was 2 groups of 4 people dining in and not even a long drive thru line. There was plenty of time for staff to double check the orders before they went out.
Usually do curbside or drive thru since covid happened but foods generally hot. Workers are constantly busy but that's just the world we live in.

In a weird turn of events, they actually remembered my McNugget sauces for once, but gave me a Big Mac instead of the 10 piece nuggets! Honest mistake and I wasn't too mad, but I did find this scenario comical. Freshest fries I've had in a while and this place usually gets my order to me quickly and correctly.
I don't go to mcdonlads very often but the last two times ive gone now they have "forgotten" to put my spicy crispy chicken sandwhich in the bag and its "sitting on the counter". I called and asked for them to refund it out of my card transaction like you can in other restraunts (i know you can because ive worked in them and done it) but they instead said i have to drive back for the sandwhich because they dont send refunds in the mail (duh) Hopefully they dont choke on the sandwhich i bought for them.
This McDonald’s wait time for drive threw isn’t to bad. I’ve always gotten accurate orders here and I come 3 or 4 x a month.
Ordered food through Uber eats at 9:25 pm it’s currently 10:35. When I called they told me they apparently didn’t get my order and were rude to my Uber eats driver.
small fries more than $2 and the bag wasn't full and they were cold....and over $6 for a quarter pounder with cheese?? that's nuts!! and it was cold and not good either. next time I want a burger I'll order a to go order from a locally owned restaurant for a couple dollars more and know I'll get more fries than I can eat (that will be hot) and a burger that's worth $6+ and it too will be hot!
So pleased that we could dine in. The order Kiosks are great...so efficient. The service inside was fast, in spite of reduced staff. Way to go!
This location has been consistent with what I expect from a McDonald's. Their sweet tea is good (some stores it is very watered down or the tea flavor itself is bad). I almost always order through the mobile app and the employees working the window have known how to quickly process my order. They can get a little backed up around dinner hour because of the location, so I try to avoid going right around 5pm, but it usually goes by pretty quick when they do get busy. The only critique I'd give them is that the people handing the food out of the second window often sling your food out and close the window without saying a word even when I thank them and tell them to have a nice day.
