First time at this Mcdonalds, really disappointed. While I understand thag they may be under-staffed but when we dine-in on a Saturday at 4pm, there were less than 20 people in the dining area, all the staff seemed to be very focused on drive thru and have stopped serving customers inside.Ordered Mcdouble, they forgot the cheese. Ordered 6pc meal, fries was old.Like come on I worked at a Mcdonalds before, if you're busy in drive thru and have customers in the dining area, I would expect the food to be fresh not stale. I think the team there needs a little bit more teamwork because this place is always busy whenever we stay at the hotel next door.
Sat in line this morning ahead of the pick up window after 4 mins of no one passing by. 4 other cars were waiting in front of me. They got thier orders, then 4 other customers got orders from the window and left. Sick of being last at McDonalds. My order was simple.
Nothing fancy. Just typical McDonalds. Employees are kinda rude in my opinion. They want you in and out with no proper customer service skills.
Absolutely terrible. They say they're open until midnight. We got there before 11 and they would not serve us. If you want to close early that's fine, but then don't claim to be open until later. The guys were also extremely rude about it and unwilling to assist in any way. Funny thing is they lost out on quite a bit of revenue since there were many cars in front of and behind us that they would not serve. They have forever lost my business.
Girl I came over here and this McDonald's was one of the worst I've seen, I was visiting North Dakota hoping for a great time but I was flabbergasted when I went to this Mc dounlds and they got my order completely wrong!!!! Also they took forever trying to make me mad because I stood my ground when they gqve me someone else's meal and my coffe had no flavor at, all they put in it was milk and it was half full and there was only one other person in the line so they have no excuse for taking this long!!! Also very rude workers giving me very bad attitude!!! 10 PEOPLE got there food before I did and I ordered first!!! After 30 minutes of waiting I finally got my food but they still forgot some stuff!! AND NO STRAWS! I AM NEVER COMING BACK TO NORTH DAKOTA EVERY AGAIN THIS EXPERIENCE RUINED THE WHOLE STATE FOR ME!!!!!! Also it was 60$ wayyy over priced!!! AND THEY ALSO HAD A OTHER LADY WAITING 25 MINUTES INSIDE FOR A CHEESE BURGER!!! SHE WAS LATE FOR WORK BECAUSE OF THIS LOUZY BEHAVIOR!!!
My son and I came here and we ordered orders of 2 sausage egg and cheese Mcgriddle meals and it cost $31 !!!! Fast food is not cheap anymore. I won't be going to McDonald's again that's for sure. They taste soooo good though.
This McDonald's never disappoints. I usually only ever get the QPC or Spicy Chicken. Never had a bad sandwich or burger from this location. Keep it up.
Drive thru visit friendly people. Food made to specifications. ( Lightly toasted muffins) Path needs more snow removal.
I love all McDonald's. Just wish there was one still open 24 hrs. Also, they should have never discontinued doing full breakfast all day.
Actually what….. I’ve worked in food, I know its really not that difficult to put separate items into a stack and shut the whole box by yourself. UNLESS, however you were trained by the McDonald’s by the interstate. If you order a burger there’s a 70% chance that the workers are going to toss your items together like mixing a salad after throwing your ingredients from the 3-point line. Would not visit again, unless they get managers with a total IQ higher than 7.I know McDonald’s isn’t known for hiring the brightest of the bunch, but at least they’re helping the special education community :)
