A few years ago I had the lamb chops here, and went in when I saw they had returned to the menu. Last time I was surprised with their quality. The presentation and execution was what I would have expected from a much nicer restaurant. Our experience today was quite the opposite..We arrived shortly before 4 on a Sunday, and the restaurant was not busy in the least. Our party of 5 was told by a male manager with blonde shoulder length hair, that we would have a 15 minute wait due to lack of servers. We became annoyed as we watched a party of four and a party of two get seated before us while the manager and a greeter did next to nothing. It was a half hour before we were finally seated at a table which had been open the entire time. Our server was quick, polite, and capable, but unfortunately it seemed no one else in the restaurant was.All the proteins came out overcooked, on plates drowned with grease. There were soggy, grease soaked fries and incorrect sides. Most of the lamb chops were a quarter inch thick, well done, tough, and chewy. One out of ten was half an inch thick and cooked medium, the temperature which is the standard for lamb chops, but one out of ten isn't good. They were also smothered with a basic gravy when the description called for a roasted tomato herb sauce. Everything was oversalted.I attached a picture of our pup, who usually inhales anything edible in a split second, timidly licking a leftover piece of hamburger which she refused to consume. I used the term 'dogs dinner' to describe our meals at the restaurant, but she proved me wrong. The salads and Texas Tonion were good. The experience reminded me of why we have been sticking to reliable quality establishments such as Doolittles, Porter Creek, and Osaka for our meals out.The corporate team definitely cares, however, and responded abruptly when notified.

How can I not rate this place a five star? This place has really good steaks. It was cooked perfectly. The host and servers were friendly. It felt bit pricey at first but portions were good so that prices were justified.

Expresso Martini was amazing!! Chicken and fish was awesome!! Service was great!! Will definitely go back!!!

Our server Alyssa was excellent! Food was great got the New York strip with fries. Complimentary free bread. We also got the spicy chicken wraps as a appetizer and they were amazing! Definitely will be back!

The atmosphere was nice. The food was awesome. The service was great too. But the best about the whole experience was our waitress (Ariel J) she has a great work ethic and so friendly. Again thank you Ariel, you made our Valentine's Day even betterRhonda and Curt Matejka

We have tried a few different Longhorns in different places, always great place to eat

I am not one to write reviews, but I cannot say enough good things about this place. I have never had a bad experience. There will be times when I dine in, and my steak isn’t cooked exactly how I want it, and a server always notices, as I’m not eating. They never hesitate to replace it, a manager runs it out, apologizes, and TAKES CARE of my meal. It’s happened twice- it truly amazes me. Tonight, my spouse was on his way to Longhorn to pick up my to-go order, and he got T-boned (no pun intended). They had to await an ambulance, fire trucks, and police. I was home with my kids so I couldn’t go pick my food up, and my dad offered. My food was done about 30-40 minutes prior and when I had called and explained the situation, the staff was amazing and remade my food for me, so it would be fresh and hot.I cannot say enough good things about this place! Thank you guys so much!

Absolutely delicious I got the Flos Filet and lobster and it was amazing, I was celebrating my 21st birthday and got the Sangria which was also delicious and ended the night with the best birthday sundae. 10/10 night and our server was the absolute sweetest.

The service was amazing! We got the shrimp appetizer and it was great. We also got the most expensive and second most expensive steak on the menu, the cooks did a great job cooking it but the seasoning was so so and the meat was a horrible cut, it was very tough, I was only able to eat about half of it after cutting off the pieces that were too hard to chew. If they just had some additional seasonings set at the table, or steak sauce of some kind to help give the steak a little flavor I'd say it wouldn't have been so bad. The fries were also good.

Absolutely amazing steak and greens! Lobster tail was good for my first time trying but was told that it was a little too well done and that made it a little rubbery.
