Brittany 9 year server was extremely rude and argumentative with a customer. She came back several times to argue while chewing gum like a cow (which is extremely unsanitary!) . The handed our table off to a very considerate waiter for the rest of our meal. We may not ever come back to this restaurant.
Krolls is really currently my favorite breakfast spot in Fargo. I went with my mom on a week day before 9am and it really wasn't that busy. The service was friendly and restaurant extremely clean. My mom and I both enjoyed our breakfasts. The sausage patties were really great tasted like kielbasa. I highly recommend this place and the 1950s pink diner decor makes the place extra fun too.
Was our first time dining here and we loved it! Service was great! Friendly and quick. Even though it was a Sunday morning and crazy busy. We were seated within 10min. Food was so good, one of our orders was cold and we notified our server. She had a new one out within minutes! We will definitely be back next time we’re in Fargo!
When I'm in town this place is on my list to go to. Like a classic type diner? This place is it. For breakfast I usually get the chicken fried steak and eggs which is awesome. At times I start off with a freshly made caramel roll (make sure to share that roll because it's big enough for two). For lunch or dinner I get the double cheeseburger with bacon with a side of fries. You gotta try this place!
Went on a Saturday around 12:30 and was very busy, had a little wait to be seated but not too bad and would have had to wait anywhere we went. Once seated out waitress was there right away to take drink orders and got them out fast. Food came out fast also for how packed the place was. Our waitress was very friendly and talked and joked with us and made sure everything was how we wanted it. The food came out quick also and was very good! Great atmosphere and great food, definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good meal with that old school diner experience.
Awesome place! Classic diner! Amazing food and great staffing! Hands down best meal I had my whole weekend!! Definitely coming back for brunch before my trip home next time!
I'm not sure how to rate my most recent experience here. For years, my family has enjoyed the consistency of the delicious food at Kroll's. However, our recent experience was completely different. Perhaps the cook was new, or a temp, or something? The food was a cheap, tasteless, overcooked version of itself. It was even presented differently. I am not sure if we will be back.

This is one of our favorite breakfast spots. I always get the biscuits and gravy, and it's pretty good. They also have great lunch options. It was packed, so the service was a little slow. Nonetheless our server was really nice.
Cute classic restaurant. Fun & friendly staff. Good size portions. The quality of the meal was perfect. A great stop in the morning for breakfast for sure.
