Please teach your employees to make sure the orders are correct. I always order extra cheese on my sandwich and most of the time it’s never there. I’m charged for it but almost never get it. The drive through is insanely slow so I’m not sure why it’s taking so long when the clearly are not paying attention to accuracy. I have gotten to the point of asking if my sandwich has extra cheese and I get told yes only to find out when I get home it dose not.

This is the second time since going to this location that my order is wrong. Once, I asked for pickles but got jalapeños. This time I said no cheese, due to me not being able to eat it, yet it was added and I was charged. I'm finding it hard to return here and will probably choose other locations from now on.
Thanks to the Manager that kicks you out of the drive thru!!! When your employee screws up, Don't get mad at the customer.. cause even if your short staffed if they were properly trained they wouldn't

You know for advertising freaky fast , the drive thru is slow as hellllll. Get it together , 15 minute wait to order a drive thru? Do better

Last time I'll ever order from any Jimmy John's. Last two orders showed up with regular bread even though I ordered sliced wheat. Today, same thing, only my Turkey Tom turned out to be cheese, bacon and cucumbers. Delivery guy was laughing too, so it was done on purpose.Save you time and money, go to Subway.
Food and staff are great, but delivery is SO SLOW!
