Waited over 15 minutes for a pick up order Walk ins are more important can't make two turkey subs really quick. What a joke. At least the seating area was fairly clean. Oh also i do this for delivery to make money avoid this store people.
Waiting 20 mins to pick up 2 turkey subs for a doordash is a bit excessive, especially when there's apparently 5 workers working. Lobby was pretty empty when we got to the store to pick up, the workers didn't start making the subs for 20 mins. They waited until the lobby got busy with walk-ins then waited until the lobby was cleared again. If you doordash and get an order for this store Goodluck! Lost out on money waiting for them to finally make the subs so we can deliver it to the customer.
It's all right but I had asked for jalapenos and got banana peppers instead. Didn't discover this until I got home. Guess I should've watched them make it.
Very good subs best in this area for sure I mean they cut the meet and cheese right in front of you can't get more fresh
This place is normally on point but the last two times I’ve went the new employees working are terrible. Absolutely no motivation, working extremely slow, messing up basic orders… I think tonight was my last visit to this location for awhile.Very sad too. The other employees I used to see working here were amazing. Management / owners should either hire better ppl; or offer a decent wage that motivates your employees to actually work. While I was waiting 20 mins for my club sandwich, I watched at least 4 out of the 10 ppl waiting in line leave because there was just no progress. Maybe have more than 2 employees working during the late dinner rush?I might give it another shot in a few months, otherwise I’ll be going to five guys right next door from now on instead.
Food was great staff was great nice place to sit and eat or just grab a sandwich on the way
The staff is cert friendly and the sun was excellent. Chicken Philly is A+.
Love the hot sandwiches. Definitely the best bread at any quick sandwich place.
I went to this restaurant to order 2 sandwiches, nothing too complex. They messed up my boyfriends sandwich so bad, I asked for no lettuce and tomatoes and no onions and no mayo. They only got the no mayo correct and the size correct that’s it, I also asked for extra bacon, it seems like they added less. There was little to no bacon on the sandwich.
My favorite place to get subs! Always fresh and delicious!! Staff is very friendly too!
