We were staying at a hotel in downtown Fargo and decided to we *had* to order late-night cookie delivery---it was so so good! There's nothing like hot cookies and cold ice cream delivered to your door at midnight!
The ethnic, dark skinned girl wearing headphones working this past Saturday afternoon 6/18/22 wasn’t very nice or helpful. I asked a few questions and she acted like I was bothering her. She probably needs to find a new line of work if customer service isn’t her thing. Customers behind me were treated the same way. Cookies and ice cream were both overpriced and gave me diarrhea.
We love these cookies. They are a little pricey but very tasty. I do want to mention, we drive up from Texas, every summer, to visit family. We went by the store today (Sunday) to buy some cookies but they were closed. The website said they were open from noon to 1 am. We pulled up at 5 pm and doors were locked. That was a little frustrating.
Insomnia Moorhead understood the assignment!! I live across the country from my mom and wanted to send her fresh cookies for Mother’s Day. The used a third party delivery service that for whatever reason didn’t get the cookies to my mom, so the amazing manager re-made the order and delivered it using store employees. My mom was so happy to get her cookies tonight, and I’m a happy customer of Insomnia Moorhead!
Cookies were fairly tasty but probably not worth $20 for a dozen. Service was mid/mediocre. They misheard our order and gave us the wrong cookies. They refused to rectify the mistake because the cookies were already in the box. I figured they would just give us the two extra for free, but I guess not. The fact that we didn’t get the right cookies only hurt our insomnia, not help it. The cookies stick to jeans and easily stain. Birthday cake cookie didn’t live up to expectations. Also, we got a 14 oz carton of milk for about as much as a gallon at a grocery store.
Got the 12 pack for $20. Little pricy but amazing cookies!! Were ready when we got there to pick them up and they were nice and warm and extremely soft and delicious!!
Gavin is the actual MVP here, folks. Super nice guy! Next time you ponder the questions of life, consider that the answer might be right in front of you. And in front of you is Gavin. Holding a giant, moist chocolate chip cookie. Why? Because you’ve earned it, buddy.

Got 4 deluxe cookies for $13. Bit of a price but the cookies are fantastic! They are also very large so would say it’s worth the money. Employees are friendly and tell you which cookies are good to get!
The cookies... the ice cream... the icing... it's all just so good. Combinations and possibilities seem endless. The staff is very helpful and friendly.
