Food was great but service was terrible the lady barley checked on us, after we had been clearly done eating for about 10 minutes we signal check please and she turns away goes to the kitchen goes to the table 3 down from us gets there money walks passed and we then again ask for check she without hesitation keeps walking, now mind you it's just us the ppl who just paid and another couple in front of us in her section. This lady comes back out to I assume being them there change k couldn't believe it, she literally went out of her way to not come near our table, she goes around 3 tables where nobody is sitting to return they change. Then proceeds down another isle back towards the kitchen on the other side of where we were.... Very very rude!Anyway we ended up having to ask another waitress that was working for our check.

So disappointed slow morning in the restaurant. Waited for over a half hour for our food and it came out cold, so obviously it sat for I don’t know how many minutes before our food was brought out. Cold hash browns cold pancakes butter wouldn’t melt on either one. Waitress offered to go heat it up. If we wanted a microwave meal we would have went to a gas station. And by the way she was training a new employee. I believe that is the fist time I have never left a tip.

It took quite a while to get seated because no one was working out front. Many tables were not used (chairs on tables). I think they were short staffed. Our waitress was wonderful and the food was delicious!

Typically this location is very busy, not the cleanest and is under staffed. We were pleasantly surprised that there was not a supper rush on a Friday and there was more than 2 servers. Food was quick and delicious. Excited to come back to enjoy savory pancakes.

I had a relatively short wait considering it was a Sunday morning on a weekend there was a big hockey tournament going on in town. The food was great as usual. The service was excellent. The only reason I have them 4 stars instead of 5 stars was the fact that the handicap parking was about 4-6 inches of packed in ice and snow. The cement parking stop in front of the space had formed into a giant ski ramp. My car was tilted and off balance once parked and was dangerous getting out of the car.

Ordered through door dash, they left out half my order, I tried calling restaurant no answer at all, the eggs and has browns we did get tasted very very bad!

I really wanted to give this place 5 stars, but could not because the side fries were noticeably less than usual for a diner plate and thr ambience was a bit cold and uninviting. However, the food was delicious, as my wife and six children will agree, the service was fast, and the waitress was exceptionally gracious, polite, and helpful. She deserves six stars! Plenty of parking outside and clean dining area.

Weather outside was horrible and most restaurants were closed in the area. IHOP was open with a small staff that was working really hard. They made some great food and service. My family and others were entertained/annoyed by an obnoxious person that would not stop talking on his phone on speaker mode. It was a good lesson on why not to do drugs! :) When asked how our food/stay was I stated that the one thing I learned from this meal is courteousness.. I said it loudly. The place got kinda quite which was awesome! Anyway people need more respect for hard working people.

I'm usually happy with the food but this visit left little to be desired. The server messed up our order and the food wasn't that great. It was 2pm so it wasn't busy. We were 1 of 3 tables in the whole restaurant. We won't be going back there any time soon.

Wonderful service. Thank you for your sacrifice to work this Thanksgiving holiday!
