I’m giving 3 stars for the positive things - my kids enjoyed the pool. I liked the poolside bar - you could order snacks and beverages- and there is a sitting/dining area with games available. It was family friendly for sure. The restaurant had good food as well. The hotel overall could use some updating. The carpets, the walls, the room in general was so/so. It wasn’t great, but it wasn’t awful either. The thing I hated was that the hotel staff allowed unaccompanied children to run and scream through the halls - for HOURS! That was unacceptable and beyond annoying. Who knows where the parents were.

Rooms were awesome, everything about this location was very clean and well-kept. While I did not participate in the breakfast or other services offered at this location (restaurant, bar, coffee, casino), I can presume that they were great as well! The only big turn off for me was on the first night of my stay. I went out to my car to get something and when returning to my room, the security guard began to follow me. As I was walking down the hallway to my room he started shouting at me and asking if I was lost. I told him that I was going back to my room and he just said "okay" and left me alone. A very unnerving experience in all honesty, and it made the rest of my stay a bit uneasy.

Nice bar and small casino with friendly staff. Pool was nice as well. Issue we had was 3 out of the 4 days there, we literally had no hot water. The one day we had hot water it was only for a short duration. Maintenance checked it out for us but still had same results.Lastly, there was an older gentleman in the hallways begging for money.
I would like to give a much lower rating for the fact the pool and pool area heaters were broken and it was FREEZING in there and the pool was basically unusable, (our whole reason for staying at the hotel) BUT the staff was great and did everything they could to accommodate our room requests and apologized heavily for the heater and brought out hot chocolate to help people warm up. So, call before you stay if you want to use the pool, otherwise enjoy your stay!
the room it’s self was great but the pool looked gross and mucky. lots of young children in the hot tub to the point where adults were unable to go and there is no adult time for the swimming area which was very disappointing because my grandma came from very far away just to be able to enjoy the hot tub NEEDS A UPDATE big time
One of my friends does her kiddos parties here in the pool area. Always friendly staff and good experience. Kids love it and the birthday host always stays the night in a couple of the rooms and enjoy the stay. I like the fact rooms facing the pool area and clean atmosphere. They have Godfathers pizza inside which is another plus for easy ordering. You can also bring your own food as well which is nice since some places don't allow it.
Pretty great place to have a large gathering. They did a great job with food and beverages. The only thing is they were so quick at cleaning up I stepped away and they swiped up my half full drink. Thankfully I wasn't paying for it. Floors throughout also seemed like they needed a good cleaning l. But overall a nice place
