The reviews concerning the bartender who is undeniably trying to move you out of his establishment as quickly as possible are 100% accurate. I could understand if it was busy, but I was literally the only person sitting at the bar. I asked if they were ready for me to leave, they said, “no stay as long as you like,” and then grabbed my water glass. What was even stranger was that the manager seemed to be watching. Maybe an empty bar is a good bar? Emptiness next to godliness? Idk.
This place could easily be 5 stars and I have never put less then 5 stars when the food is this good. I ordered the shrimp tacos and they were the best I have ever had. The food is outstanding. The only reason why I only put 3 stars is because of the bar tender. I have never been in a place where the bartender cashed someone out before they said that they were ready. He was trying to push me out the door which is fine because I have no problem spending my money somewhere else. I do recommend coming here but sit at a table not the bar.
Great atmosphere, service and food. Our combination March Madness/ St Patrick's day gathering was a blast.
Our plan was to try this place for lunch today, with my wife picking up on her way home from work. Tried ordering online, but the online ordering does not work. Tried calling 4 times, and nobody would pick up. 12:30 on a Monday and nobody will answer the phone for a pick up order. Very frustrating.
Wonderful establishment for an older lady to spend the afternoon watching the Senior Bowl, having lunch, and a few beers. Great service and very pleasant servers. I'll be back. It's not just a college bar.
I had a gift card so I took a few friends, I got the chicken bacon ranch macaroni and cheese and loaded fries and they got build your own burgers with fries, they said the seasoned fries were amazing but the burgers were about average as far as restaurants like this go, the mac and cheese was very good but small, the loaded fries were good and decent sized but pricey. Service was frequent and he was diligent in answering our many questions but I think he was having a bad day or didn't want to be there, still very professional. I don't know if they are still that way but glad we didn't get the chicken bites that last time were labeled "wings", but our experience was much better than the last time we went. If funds are not a concern go nuts here, but I would not recommend it if you are on a budget and/or have to eat a large amount to be full.
Great prices, and you don't get any better food anywhere at a bar/restaurant on any campus.Very good beer selection.
The pizza rolls are unbelievably delicious! The white chicken chili is very good, too. I have a large appetite and a bowl of the chili (along with sharing the pizza rolls) filled me up. The atmosphere is fun and homey.
Southwest salad was very good. Fun place to have a good meal before a basketball game.
Food was average. Chicken sandwich with Avocado was sloppy and messy to eat. Chicken was a bit rubbery. Parking was a big pain. More open spots at Jimmy John’s!
