I think the ramen used spaghetti noodles and it didn't taste anything like tonkotsu.
I have ordered a few times now and it's been consistently good. Great portion for the price.
I'm unsure why certain reviews on here say that there is lack of choices and lack of taste; the only possible reason I can think of is that they were expecting something different or did not order the right sauces. In my opinion, the Tonkotsu ramen here is light in fatty base (which could contribute to lighter broth flavor), but end up being healthier overall. There are many choices here, but the only way to enjoy them is by experimenting! I highly suggest trying Ginza.P.S: Ginza have multiple sauces that must be tried. Eel sauce is a definite "Yes!"
Extremely small protein portions with limited selection. There were two people in the front and one in the back that were visible but I waited almost 15 minutes for them to start my poke bowl. There was a woman waiting before me that was still there after I left. All in all I felt it was SUPER overpriced for what you got and it was all "just ok". With leanne chin and cajun cafe right next door this place has no chance.
Broth lacked flavor, there are no protein choices besides pork.
