Like the food, hate the service. I order from this place regularly, and the experience is always the same mixed bag. It doesn't matter if you place your order two hours in advance, you still have to wait in the lobby 10 minutes after the designated time for them to make it. Make sure you check your order before you leave because most of the time it's missing something. However, the food itself is pretty good. Solid food, terrible customer experience
First time eating here and just blown away at the freshness and amazing taste!!! I definitely recommend this place over any other sub places in Fargo!! We will be back!!
First timer here...was pretty excited to try it out. Ordered 2 large subs through the app, picked them up, got back to our hotel and the order was not mine! Not even close! Tried calling and calling with no answer. So we went back out in the North Dakota cold and snow to get our order rectified. The young men there were nice about it and did make it right, but I sure wasn't thrilled about having to return to the store to get the correct food. Not hugely impressed with any of it, service, taste or quality.
The food has always been really good every time I’ve eaten here. I order from Firehouse a few times a month. The last few times they seem to randomly be closing early. Tonight my husband went to order food and the open sign was off, the employee was mopping, and the store overall looked closed. This was at 7:50pm when google, the website, and the front door all state closing time is at 9. I’ve gone in around 8:15 in the past and was told all the equipment had been turned off for the night. I would have loved to give a 5 star review since the food is always so good, but the inconsistency in hours is what made me give 3 stars.

Ordered our food, waited about 10 minutes. Got it and left. Only 2 people behind the counter making sandwiches. Short staffed. But understandable. Good food though.
Tried to order through Uber Eats. Order was cancelled twice without explanation. Tried calling the restaurant and no one picked up the phone.If you cannot complete delivery orders, than don't offer the service.
I've come here for years now and have always loved your subs. Today I brought in some new customers. We ordered 3 large turkey bacon ranch and one small hook and ladder. The bread was dry and old and the meat was clumped into the center of the sandwich. My pickle was old and soggy. I was deeply embarrassed bringing in our oldest friends and having such an experience. The guy that handed me my to go bag practically threw it at me. I tried to call and let the manager know many times but it rang and rang only to be picked up and hung up again. I sincerely hope this is reaches the correct ppl to get this fixed. I won't be back until it does.
Great subs! The online ordering only after a certain time is a pain and doesn't make any sense at all. We walked in. Hot told we had to order online. So went to our car.. ordered... and went back in to get the food. All while the staff waited for us to order, they could have had it made and had us on our way.
