Great food, friendly and funny staff, and wonderful prices make this a great place! One time we tried to go for lunch and it was packed to the gills so it must be very popular! Always enjoy our food from here.
Had the dummies they were great. There French Fries are also very very good. The waitress was friendly and did her job well.
They have the best sweet potato fries in F-M area that I have tried. Good food, good service. Usually they have open tables.
Food is good. They're short staff like most of their facilities right now. But when I walk in 15 minutes before the next person comes in sits down they have their food and they're out of their 15 minutes before we are. Not impressed.

Food items have been okay last few visits but not spectacular to say the least. However, having to wait far too long to find a server for next round of drinks and same for the final check. Just a few bad nights? Can't say, possible, but not sure when we'll be willing to go back and find out for certain either.
Tried ordering a door dash order. Order never confirmed and they don’t answer their phone to ask why. We had to cancel the order and go with someone else.
So very disappointed! Hi Ho was always my favorite place and I still say the best burgers in town when they are made properly. The last several times I have either ordered by phone for pick up or went into Hi Ho South location it has been just a terrible experience. I have been patient as I understand sometimes things just happen and it's hard to find good help but I will no longer be going back after again today I was treated rude when I placed my order to get there and they tell me I didn't call them. Said I must have called the Dilworth location when I knew I did not. I went to my car and hit re-dial and sure enough HiHo South answers. I explained who I was and that I just hit redial and I was told that the only order they received was for a different name. I would bet that that person never showed up for their togo order because she wrote down the wrong name. After putting up with undercooked burger, receiving the wrong order to waiting a very long time to be waited on, just to mention a few things, I will no longer go to this place. I do not appreciated being treated badly even after I proved I didn't call the wrong place.
