Place was honestly pretty gross.. store looked like everything had a thin layer of grease on it and like it hadn't been swept in weeks and once I saw the prices?? I just turned right around and went to Jimmy John's their store looked and smelt clean and the food was way cheaper with better quality my experiences with erberts always consists of hard bread and over cooked soup honestly pretty gross glad I went elsewhere

I have given this store several opportunity to get it right. I think it is a mutual agreement that we will no longer be doing business together. My order was wrong again. They corrected it, but it was late from the time they said it would show up. The gentlemen bringing the corrected item, thought it important to tell me what I should expect when ordering instead of correcting their website or just simply apologizing. Thanks for the info but it was confirmation that I didn’t need to order from there again.
Lovely staff...I ordered a narmer “salad.” It was literally a head of lettuce with a slice of chopped up Turkey. And maybe a teaspoon of guacamole.
