The pizza was completely burnt and looked as if it was shaken thoroughly. The Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwich was decent though!
Used this location for 4 years. Ordered hand tossed. Got thin crust. Called before it was delivered and the manager said they are short staffed and hung up on me. Hope your location closes. Your not a manager. Paid $32 for nothing but garbage. Was a cold pizza with a delivery guy who was doing his job. Not his fault. Sorry for the locations that care. This one doesn’t. Never again.
Imagine calling your local dominos and expecting your friendly neighborhood stoner to answer your call and ask if you’re looking for delivery or takeout. Well let me tell you what you’re going to get in the new age of dominos. So after the overly excited automated lady tells you that you should quit your job to come drive for them, she then tells you that it’s quicker to just “order online”. Well if you’re like me, you enjoy the simple convenience of actually taking to an unenthused dominos phone guy. Okay so back to the robot lady- she’s going to keep talking you in circles until you eventually can’t take it anymore and you inevitably scream into the phone. At that point (if you’re lucky) you’ll get past the robot lady that’s stuck in boot-loop, and you’ll be transferred to someone in, you guessed it, India! When you more than likely can’t get past the robot, you’ll eventually cave and do as the lady commands- download the dominos app. So you’re already upset, but you’re thinking- “oh this isn’t so bad” then BAM- you get a message saying “this location cannot accept online orders, please call our store”. So naturally I’m still in dire need of pizza, and call Pizza Hut. They answered the phone on the first ring, drove all the way from Moorhead to Fargo, and now I have pizza. There is most certainly NOT a pizza crisis in America like I originally thought, rather dominos has a massive phone answering crisis. NO ONE OUT PIZZAS THE HUT!
I paid $60 Dollars for 2 pizza and a dessert. Ask for extra pineapple,cheese and never got it. Also the burnt both of the pizzas. I will never go back
Only one person working and she was super busy. Pizza was not as good as it used to be
Great pizza for the price, good service as well. There was a time where the driver never delivered my order and the store was quick to give me points to redeem for a free pizza.
Ordered the baked apples and cinna twists and look what we got . Worst pizza ever .
Driver called upon arrival, I said I'd be right out. No pizza no driver. Call driver, no answer. Call store, guy doesn't belive me. I asked aren't they supposed to wait for me, "not if they have more than one order." Finally says he'll get it out to me. 2 hours later, after trying to call for 20 minutes, and I'm in the parking lot watching them start the kitchen back up to make my pizza. So horrible.
The food is always as you’d expect but to cut a pizza this badly clearly takes effort…
Driver forgot my 2 Liter then had me waiting 5 minutes to go “look for it in his car”. If u have to dig through your car to find a customers item u probably shouldn’t be delivering items in the first place, pizza was alright other than that, definitely not gonna be a go to spot for my standards, hope it gets better though.
