Overall its pizza. In the latest time delivery has been a bit hard but nothing a quick drive can't fix.
Previously waited over 2 hours for an order from here, (they were also short staffed) but tonight I ordered a little over an hour from closing and they got it here in about 40 minutes ? Very happy with tonight’s service!
Imagine calling your local dominos and expecting your friendly neighborhood stoner to answer your call and ask if you’re looking for delivery or takeout. Well let you tell me what you’re going to get in the new age of dominos. So after the overly excited automated lady tells you that you should quit your job to come drive for them, she then tells you that it’s quicker to just “order online”. Well if you’re like me, you enjoy the simple convenience of actually taking to an unenthused dominos phone guy. Okay so back to the robot lady- she’s going to keep talking you in circles until you eventually can’t take it anymore and you inevitably scream into the phone. At that point (if you’re lucky) you’ll get past the robot lady that’s stuck in boot-loop, and you’ll be transferred to someone in, you guessed it, India! When you more than likely can’t get past the robot, you’ll eventually cave and do as the lady commands- download the dominos app. So you’re already upset, but you’re thinking- “oh this isn’t so bad” then BAM- you get a message saying “this location cannot accept online orders, please call our store”. So naturally I’m still in dire need of pizza, and call Pizza Hut. They answered the phone on the first ring, drove all the way from Moorhead to Fargo, and now I have pizza. There is most certainly NOT a pizza crisis in America like I originally thought, rather dominos has a massive phone answering crisis. NO ONE OUT PIZZAS THE HUT!
This use to the best Dominos in town. Ordered a pizza and Alfredo (5:45 pm 1-2-2022) The pizza was almost burnt and there was a small amount of alfredo sauce on the pasta with half the noodles cooked to a crisp because they did not have any sauce on them. Just a little more effort to seem like you care would be nice.
Ordered online, said 37 minutes. I called after 30 minutes, they then said an additional 30 minutes. I selected regular delivery, gave instructions on going into the front door of the building so they could buzz the apartment. They called me, didn't respond to my calls, then left the food in the entry way of the building on the floor THEN buzzed my apartment to let me know it was going to get left there. I guess delivering it to your apartment door is asking too much now.
I see there is an option to have the delivery driver come to your door now. Matthew refuses to enter my apartment building and told me he would get fired. He told me if I gave him other drivers names he will report them. He is the only driver who gives me a hard time and he is rude.

Disappointed in the pizza. Decided to try Dominoes as we have been picking up Casey's but we were busy today with home improvement project and Bison game. For @$25 we got a dry, semi-cold, thin sliced pepperoni pizza. It was supposed to have extra cheese. Really doubt it. Not value for ur money and I do realize times r tough but this was really a sad offering. We won't b ordering again.
Absolutely the BEST Domino's ever!
Deliver driver made a 3 second attempt to deliver my order, I was at the door within 20 seconds of my doorbell and he was gone by the time I was at the door. I guess it’s still contactless if there’s no food to handle.
