Horrible customer service. Placed an order to this location which was the wrong location, 30 minutes away from me. Called the store to cancel and get a refund. Was told by the “manager” he couldn’t cancel or refund. He couldn’t do anything since we did it in the app and they have nothing to do with the app. But it’s weird because if you go to the FAQ section of the app it says to contact the store with any questions or issues.
Lock of respect for customers, they always seem to have an attitude. Don't even try ordering through door dash you will never get what you pay for, something is always missing.
Went there and ordered 2 double cheese burgers and a large fry. At over $14 for one meal, it is more than a little expensive. So, when they finally delivered my $4 order of fries was cold and half full. I tapped on the window, but they ignored it. So, I went back through the drive through and informed them that my fries were cold and not full. Their response, "I guess I will have to put some fresh fries down". No one appologized for wasting my time or trying to serve me trash. I got tired of waiting and left, since no one came to the window to let me know how long it would be or to even say sorry. I guess I won't be eating there any longer. Which is funny, since I used to go there regularly. I guess the day crew is more worried about keeping the business going than the night crew. Either way, fool me once, shame on you...So, I just opened the burgers, they were cold. The temperature of the burgers was unsafe, so none of the food I just spent almost $15 on was edible.So, I took the food back to get a refund. They refused to charge back to the card that I used and instead insisted on giving me cash. It took about 15 minutes before I got my money back. In that time, the employee had the gall to tell me the food was not cold, it had been in a warmer.I informed him that meat under 160 degrees is not safe to serve, but he did not seem to care. I suggest being very careful if you get food from here as they may very well get you sick.

I got food poisoning from the food here!It has me so sick!On top of it I’m pregnant.
the three ladies there were very rude, wasn't even acknowledged after waiting for about five minutes a customer walks in and is taken care of before I was ever acknowledged, lady very rudely asks me what I wanted, I ordered meal, wasn't even thanked for ordering, wasn't offered a receipt nor given an order number, food was thrown into counter and sat there for about 2 minutes, then another lady loudly and rudely yells your food is ready come get it, I thanked here and she looked at me and gave the dirties look, If looks could kill. I am a truck driver and am in town for a few days and I will never go back to this or any DQ in Fargo, ND again, these three ladies need to be reprimanded and quickly, I got my food and it was cold as hell, My hamburger was fridge cold and so were my fries.
I enjoy this Dairy Queen because it’s relatively fast and my food is always right plus it’s close to home!

Service hasnt always been good. Some people at the front til arent much good with public. Short and arguementive
