This location (45th st and 40th Ave s Fargo) has completely gone downhill. The inside is dingy, dirty and does not appear to be up kept. Banged up walls, missing nozzles on the fountain dispenser and dirty everything. Waited for a half hour before I finally asked for my money back and left. There were 6 employees and only 2 of them were actually working. The rest were goofing off and not paying attention to customers. Drive through line was full and lobby as well. Very poor experience and sad because this used to be a nice place to go. Hope they can turn it around.
Went in to order didn’t get drinks but charged me for drinks. Then wouldn’t give me the drinks wanted to charge more. Went to bring the drinks out to my car and they locked the door behind me. No one would come unlock it had to go around to the back door and wave someone down and then took like 5 min to open the door. This place has gone downhill so bad. I was the only one in the store and it took 25 min to get my food. Ridiculous!!! Go to the timber creek DQ. DO NOT go to osgood!!!!ss
Where do I start, first sat in line for 10-15 minutes. Which is whatever, then ordered 2 meals. Get to the window. Only received the one meal. Had to wait on the 2nd meal. When I finally got it after about 5 minutes. It was thrown together, to the point that I opened the wrapping and it turned into a hamburger mess in my lap. Which was a treat, considering I was late for my appointment. Due to the 20 minute wait. So I walked in to my appointment. Looking like I rubbed BBQ sauce on my gut and hadn't washed my shirt. Then the fry's, are so salty I could only eat about 3 before it tasted like I had worked a 12 hour shift in the salt mine. But luckily I could wash down the salty fries with a large drink... Just kidding!!! Didn't realize tell I pulled out of the driveway that they forgot to hand me my drink. I was so irritated I didnt bother to turn around. Now I wish I had because I feel like I spent a day in the desert. After eating out of the salt shaker. I mean fry's. Overall the worst fast food place in Fargo.
They were very busy but the service was great! Their remaining upbeat is so appreciated during these difficult times. Keep up the good work!!
the service is slow. bathrooms are always dirty. looked like a 12 year old boy was cooking my food who barely knew how to move. by the time i got my food the blizzard was melted . i stood at the front counter and waited for 7 minutes and the short chunky girl with dark hair just kept starting at me like she didn't know why i was there and then disappeared to the back. if i could rate this 0 starts i would. stay clear according to the other reviews costumer service isn't a priority there.
My son and I just stopped in there to eat. Went inside, stood at the counter to order. Was there for over 6 minutes, not one person came over to help us, or acknowledged us even standing waiting to be helped.We ended up just leaving..... probably will not be going back there
Our experience here was absolutely ridiculous.
One of the best in the area went through the drive to get my food was hot and fresh love the 2 for 4 can finally have options for a reasonable price love how the 6 and 7 meal deals all day as well the gentleman working were both kind and the ice cream was delicious made my day from a bad one to a good one was in a hurry and they were pretty fast for being short staff if I could give more stars I would❤️??
NEVER WORK HERE! the management is horrible here they don’t listen to you they get mad when u ask to have a day off or can’t stay late. you have to work holidays even if u put in the calendar you can’t. not to mention they have minors working until 1030 or 11 pm. yes the pay is good but you have to do so much work while the mangers are standing there watching you. NEVER WORK HERE!
Long wait in DT. Med blizzard & two cheeseburgers. But that Oreo Blizzard fixed my day
