Waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes, then was told to pull forward to another spot. Another 5-7 minutes later I finally got my order, and the server acknowledged the long wait time. This was after supper rush around 7PM, so a 20+ minute wait time for just two chicken strip meals is pretty bad.The food was fresh as it should have been, but they forgot my napkins and dipping sauce. I went inside to get some and the woman at the counter had no customer service skills whatsoever. She looked at me but didn't say anything, so I asked her for the sauce and she simply handed me one. I told her I had two meals and showed the receipt to prove it. She didn't even bother checking the receipt and just handed me another one. No thank you, no sorry, nothing... The woman didn't say a single word.
We were a long way from home doing some shopping in Fargo and decided to stop here for some grub, my bank locked my card as we were across state lines. We had no way to pay for our food and we were sitting around trying to figure out what to do when the manager brought our food to us anyway. They said "no charge today." This was so touching and generous, we will be coming back here, God Bless
Absolutely garbage! The fish was all stuck together in a big mushy greasy clump. Usually no issues but this garbage was inedible and went in the trash. Wife's strawberry shake was like strawberry milk.
Pretty good food. Did a great job keeping gluten free food separate and with minimal to no cross contamination.
My favorite fast food style burger comes from Culver's and love their fries too. Good unsweetened tea that I can refill myself.
Service great, the food was amazing when I was inside.Tried curbside pickup another time, and it took over 20 mins. Though that might not be their fault, but, really, who wants to wait for thier food that long.
Shakes were wrong and received no straws. Ordered a meals got no fries. A waste of $23. The last two times at a Culver’s has been disappointing. Good luck with drive thru. You never know what you will get.
Good food, good service. Little pricier than other fast food joints.....I really like their fried cheese curds, sundaes and double butter burgers.
Wait time superb as always. Cold food as always. Nothings change since I last went 6 months ago due to this issue. Too expensive to keep getting cold food aka leftovers
Spend $50.00 dollars, wait forever, bring out part of an order, then you have to remind the employee there’s more food, then remind them when they come back again that there is more food. Sounds like the managers aren’t doing their jobs. I left without part of my order I was so frustrated. I call and they can’t give my card a refund over the phone. You took my card. The information is in your p.o.p. system. Last Culver’s stop for me and everyone I can tell.
